I have been to this salon twice and will not go back. Both experiences were the same. I had been hopeful that I caught them on a bad day the first time so gave them a second chance. No one is friendly, welcoming, grateful, or thankful that you have spent your time and money with them. They all seem to be angry and put out when they have to service a customer. Having a manicure or pedicure is expensive. They should be grateful when someone chooses to spend their time and resources in their salon. read more

Walked in Saturday afternoon with my 7 year old in for a birthday mani pedi and a full set for myself. The doors were locked while our services were wrapping up and some customers were turned away at the door, but it seemed like some of the technicians had left early. This was an unfortunate experience. I am from California where they have not allowed pedicures for over a year since covid. While visiting my sister, I decided to take her and I out to get pedicures. I paid for the Luxury Pedicure. Paid $100 with tip and the results were worse than buying a basic pedicure. Redeemed my cocktail but when I asked her for a drink she just laughed. When I asked her if they even served cocktails she said yes and just went straight to my feet. I went here because of the free cocktail and menu that looked amazing. During the pedicure, the massage only seemed to last around ten minutes versus the twenty it stated. She barely exfoliated, trimmed, or got rid of my calis and excess skin. I pointed out to the lady my Calis when she did not get rid of it and after I told her I wanted it removed she just laughed and lightly clipped at it with her trimmers. The male who was doing my sister was friendly and made us laugh. That's the only reason I gave it a two star when it should be a one. I thought she was not done trimming as I saw skin hanging off my big toe and pinky toe. It could not be time for polish? But it was, she even saw the skin on my pinky toe and lightly brushed at it before continuing with my one coat of polish. Once we got home, my polish was chipping already and after I took a bath I was horrified that my feet looked worse than they started. You could see clippers lines and skin everywhere. I spent 30 mins after my bath having to give myself my own, actual pedicure and after I got all the excess skin off, my paint had pretty much fallen off most of my toes. My sister also stated her polish was coming off after the end of the day and I saw her picking at her feet where skin had been left. This was her first time ever getting a pedicure. Really upset and disappointed. Worse pedicure I have ever gotten. Go somewhere else. read more

Horrible Experience. She was rude. She rushed. She would pull my hand from the light before it turned off. She cut me so bad and when I started bleeding she took the towel away. I won't go on but you get the picture. Several ladies walked in with appointments and they were told they had to come back and they said this has happened over and over to them. Finally, their polish selection and supply is awful not to mention stringy and gummy. And to top it off, they'll talk about you in a split second once you don't agree with them or call them out when you ask for a tissue because you're bleeding. read more

My mom and I went for a pedicure this afternoon. I was grateful I had Tim! He did an amazing job and was friendly and thorough. The foot massage and the paint job was perfect. Sadly, my mom had Ann for her pedicure. She is brief and rude. Never smiles. I had her for a pedicure once myself and was so disappointed. She clearly isn't happy in her work. They are all very thick and bumpy and the top coat looks dirty and it was like that when I left. Also none of them are the same length! And they costed $50! I had my first mani/pedi here a few weeks ago. I had no idea what to expect since I had never treated myself before but since I was on vacation visiting family I thought I would pop in and see what they could do with my scraggly nails. One of the reasons I have never been to get my nails done is that they are very short and not very well kept so I had been embarrassed to even expose someone to these misshapen claws of mine. But the lady who did my mani/pedi assured me not to worry which put me at ease. I just go the basic service which to me was just right. I don't have a lot of time to spend at a nail salon and got done in a reasonable amount of time without feeling rushed or that I didn't get enough attention. They did a foot bath, leg and foot massage and cleaned up my toenails, shaped them and then applied the base, nail and top polish. They have massage chairs which were relaxing and entertaining trying out all the buttons. The mani included a hand massage, soak, buff, shaping and the base, nail and top polish coats followed by the nail dryer. I had no idea what this was going to cost ahead of time, though the prices are posted up front so I was pleasantly surprised that I got both services for $35. Again, I don't know how this compares to other salons this being my first but I felt like it was a reasonable amount for a splurge and I will definitely go back when I am in town. read more

I am new to the area and trying out nail salons. They are pretty abundant in California where I am from, so there is competition and they have to be on their game. Therefore, I have some expectations. This salon didn't seem like the cleanest and their polish supply is awful. While my pedicure was adequate, she cut off the entire corner of my nail on my big toe and left my nails too long. I asked her for them to be shorter and she argued with me. I will need to have them done, again, far sooner than I would like. Just seemed kind of annoyed that I only wanted the express service (pedicures are also way more expensive here). THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY NAILBED RIPPING OFF!!!! PLEASE READ!!!! This is the first review I have done ever. I try not to give people bad review because I know that maybe I caught a person on a bad day. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but this place out to be ashamed of themselves. I have tried to be very open-minded with this place particularly because it is so close to my home. For me, the service has always been really good or subpar. My last few experiences there were terrible. I went in to get my acrylics done. One of the nail technicians, Aden, was playing on his phone and made me wait for 5 minutes before he even acknowledged me. He was VERY rough and heavyhanded when he did my nails. It seemed like he was rushing and just wanted to get out of there. I was in pain the whole time. I knew I should have left right away because that was not normal for me. Aden was sloppy at first and I had to ask him three times to fix certain mistakes. He was very irritated when I did. I didn't receive eye contact or any type of verbal communication from him until I had to pay. He literally pointed at the sink when I had to go wash my hands. I was angry at the whole experience but overall my nails looked nice. I still tipped him for the service which I would later regret. The next day one of my nails came off and with it half of my nailbed. I was in excruciating pain and my finger would not stop bleeding. I called shortly after asking to speak to the owner. I was not happy and I expressed that to him with respect. I told him I wanted a refund because of the damage and he said that wasn't possible, but he would personally fix them for me and change the nail color free of charge. I was hesitant because I didn't want any further damage but he assured me that I had nothing to worry about. When I got there and he saw my nails I asked him again if any further damage would come from redoing the nail. He told me no. He was very gentle and kind when he fixed my nail. I was happy with his service. When I left I noticed that the nailbed underneath was sore but didn't think much of it. I am writing now 3 weeks later because the exact same nail came off and ruined my nailbed even more. I am so upset. I was lied to. He knew that putting an acrylic on that nail would only cause more damage but did it so I wouldn't be angry. Well, I'm ticked off now. It will take me months to grow this nail back. I am nervous to take off the rest of the nails because I don't want to see any further damage. I don't recommend this place at all. Don't waste your money or your time. It's not worth it. The polish display was a mess- not in any particular order-like by color- and many of the bottles were mostly empty. The employee who did my nails did a terrible job- the toenail polish had rubbed off when he put my sandals on AFTER he polished the toes. The fingernail polish was sloppy. I live in Fort Collins and usually go to my fave place LV Nails. I had business to take care of in Windsor so I thought I'd stop in here. I walked in - for the first time ever - and was completely ignored. It's always a bit unnerving for me when all the customers speak my language but the employees don't. They were obviously busy but I waited a few minutes and with all the customers now looking at me I politely said Uhm excuse me, would anyone have time to soak off my dipped nails? The employees all working on customers in some capacity yell at each other for a few seconds and one tells me, hold on. So they literally yell at each other a couple more times and then silence. No one says anything or even looks at me, except of course all the customers. Again I said, excuse me I just want to know if you have time for a soak off? She says YAH I'm checking! I took my sister and myaelf to get a pedicure Sunday May 20th at this location. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and customer service of the staff. When you walk in you are created right away and everyone seems very professional and friendly. My sister and I get their "signature pedicure" and it felt amazing, and My sister enjoyed a glass of their complimentary champagne(very classy and relaxing) They only reason why I am giving this visit a 4 star review is because, it is a very busy location so expect a wait, and my toe nail polish was not all the way dry when I was told it was and by the time I got home my polish was smudged. I was a new customer of the Nail Spa. Was very excited about my nails when I walked out. Yet not even 24 hours later my top coat was chipping off. I had my nails "dipped" other places and never had this issue come up. I went in to have them fix it, which they did no problem. However the top coat chipped off yet again! They told me they guarantee their work! When I went in again to have it fixed I was told I was taking advantage of them as they fixed it. My nails hadn't even grown out. It had only been a week since originally getting them done. They announced that when people bite their nails it isn't their fault (I have never bitten my nails). I've given this place so many chances, mainly because they are close. I think today is the last straw. Went in for a quick mani, I was in a hurry. 4 nail techs, 3 customers, the available nail tech was on his phone playing a game. I picked out my color and then waited for him to get to a stopping point in his game for me to be seated at a table. Then I had to sit there while he played his game some more before he could begin my manicure. Once he did get started on my nails I never got a hi, how's your day going, not anything... in fact thru the entire experience the only thing this kid said to me was 'go wash your hands'. When I was ready to pay for my 'service' (and I use that term loosely here) he once again had to be summoned from his game to charge my card. You have to be exceptionally rude to not get even a dollar tip from me. I put a big ole goose egg for a tip and told him next time if he were to put his phone down he might get a tip from me. I have been coming here since they opened years ago. They have changed owners several times but they have always been great to me. The owner, Tim is a great guy. He is shy at first but once you get to know him he is a lot of fun. He loves sports like volleyball and bowling and has a daughter that takes martial arts next door. His wife works there sometimes to and she is funny. I had to go to Cherry's once when Tim couldn't get me in and I would never recommend them. They cut my fingers several times and did an overall poor job. read more
