I didn't enjoy that they tried to push for gel polish after I already said I was not interested. I understand the benefit of gel but I did not want it and my husband's grandma was not interested so it was annoying to have it kind of pushed on us. I usually get gel myself but we just needed something quick and I had no desire for gel that day. Most the staff was nice and got us in quickly. Another moment that I just didn't love was when I could tell one of the nail techs got mad at my husband's grandma because she accidentally chipped her nail because she's not used to getting her nails done during the process. I get the frustration from the nail tech but I just felt like it was a bit awkward and made my husband's grandma feel bad. But it could have been a one-off bad moment as the other moments was pretty good and the staff is really nice. So I just have a mixed bag of good moments and some moments that I just thought was not ideal. If I needed my nails done and I needed it nearby then yeah I'll probably go back again but I wouldn't make an effort to go here as it didn't wow me.

The salon has a fantastic system where they work as a team based on everyone's specific strengths. The technician handling intake seamlessly shifted me to a specialist for my pedicure to ensure an ingrown toenail was taken care of properly. My manicure technician was incredible--the attention to detail and precision were top-tier. My classic French tips are perfectly crisp, clean, and beautifully shaped without being bulky at all. I also got a regular polish pedicure in a gorgeous bright berry tone that looks so fresh. I love that the team works together to make sure every part of your service is handled by the right expert. I will definitely be back for my fills! Highly recommend this entire team!

No big deal. It took 3.5 hours and they started doing my nails and toes at the same time. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing not turned in an awkward way so someone can do your nails instead of laying back and enjoying the massage chair. She also made two of my nails bleed during this time. I was supposed to be getting dip powder and did not want my natural nails cut or tips added. They of course cut my nails AND added tips. Whatever. By the end, I noticed some nails are missing chunks of space and some are completely uneven. The total was $140. They charged me for dip AND gel even though dip is supposed to replace gel. The charged me for SHAPE AND DESIGN ALSO. I got white DOTS?!?! And the shape wasn't even right!!!! I'm SO furious I will never be back and I will never recommend. I will forever let everyone know to stay clear of this place mainly because they charge you for ANY and everything. Probably charged me for the air I breathed too. Now I'm stuck with a terrible experience and mediocre nails for my wedding invitation pictures. Not to mention that the woman doing my nails kept huffing and puffing. 0/10.
