I went in for a haircut yesterday and Morgan ruined my hair. If I could give 0 stars, I would. She…read morewas supposed to trim my hair (curtain bangs and layers included). I also told her that I wanted my end results to be semetrical. She used a razor, which she shouldn't have used on such thin and wavy hair. This resulted in my hair being feathery and frizzy, and really unkempt looking. I would have expected her to know this considering she is a "curly hair specialist." I had to remind her several times to fix my part when she was cutting my hair, which I should have realized was a really big red flag. Instead of trimming my curtain bangs, she cut my hair off leaving uneven and blunt bangs across my forehead. She literally went "whoops" when she saw it was too short. When my hair started drying, it started drying upwards. I've been getting curtain bangs for quite literally half my life and they are NOT supposed to dry upwards. She tried to fix them with heat, but that didn't work so she had to rewet it and try again. Surprise surprise, that didn't work. She even acknowledged that she messed up my hair. She didn't offer any solutions, which I found unprofessional and frankly, rude. They let me, a minor, go home looking butchered while still making me pay the full amount ($60.) I went home literally crying my eyes out because how did a trim end up with my hair messed up so bad? I felt exploited for my money. My mother went in today in attempts to get a refund, and showed the front desk worker photos of my hair. They said there was nothing they could do about it. It was either they fix it in themselves or nothing at all. Why would I trust y'all to fix my hair when you ruined? Especially during my first ever appointment? My mother proceeded to ask for the owner, who was unavailable at the time, so she left her contact information and asked for a call back by the end of the day. I went in to another salon and they were able fix what could be fixed. This still left me with bangs no more than an inch and a half long that look awful. I wish I was joking when I say the stylists there crowded around me, shaming the work that had previously been done on my hair. It was embarrassing. But tell me how they were able to do more for me than Morgan and her team? I will never consider coming back and supporting this business. Would not recommend.

I was totally convinced that I was going to lose at least 10 inches of my hair but not the case. Callie is knowledgeable and talented. I'm very satisfied with the results. I actually walked out of Bella with a little more pep in my step and I had a full head of healthy blonde hair.
