IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!
HERE'S WHY!
This is not meant to be mean or rude, but to help you.
Carrie,
Ma'am, you can stand to benefit from some customer service training and some business management. It's not just your outgoing message, it is how you answer the phone as well. We had spoken previously and I mentioned it then (about two months ago) when you answer the phone your customers should not have to ask if they have the right number (not very professional). Instead, identify yourself, who you are, take a little pride in your business and what it is that you do. By not doing so your customers may feel skeptical about conducting business with you in the first place (as I did when we first had spoken two months ago). Most importantly, never ever call your customers back and start cursing them out (as you just did with me). It's just really really immature and speaks volumes as to your level of professionalism, courtesy, experience, and expertise. Also, when talking to your potential clients it may prove to be beneficial if you don't yell at them and talk over them. As a business owner, your customer's opinions should matter to you and their opinions should be taken into consideration or at least the customer should be given that impression that you are listening to there concerns. Doing so, will make the customer feel more comfortable and more confident in you and your business and will lead to repeated and a loyal customer base in the future.
With all due respect, this is only meant to help you become a better business person, build stronger customer relation skills that you can utilize in your future endeavors. Which in turn, will build a stronger and more loyal customer base that will enhance the customer's experience and help you achieve your organizational goals as well as increase your businesses overall opportunity for success.
As for you calling me back and cursing me out for expressing to you on your answering machine that I would like to book an appointment. That I did not know if I was even dialing the right number or not because there is no indication on the outgoing message that this is a business or not. Nor that this number is, in fact, the business that I was intending to dial. The first thing on your voicemail/outgoing message is you playing games by saying "hello..." pausing with dead air (as if you are answering the phone in real time) intentionally leading your customers to begin speaking only so they can be abruptly interrupted by you when you finally continue with the rest of your outgoing message.
You can FUCK OFF.
Before you call potential customers and begin cursing them out I recommend that you know who your enemies are before making them. Because you have no idea who they are, what kind of person they are or what they may be capable of. That's just a life lesson in general.
I hope you take this as an opportunity to learn how your actions in how you treat people can impact your business.
With all that being said, I wish you the best of luck with your business and your future endeavors.
Good Day.
