I was referred to this woman recently because I was having a lot of lower back pain and pain in the soaz muscles I learned. When I first arrived to the massage studio I saw Lynn and thought, "wow this woman looks small, I kinda doubt she has the strength to massage me". I could not believe how wrong I was! This short woman is strong, her hands are amazing. She asked me questions about the pain I was in while she massaged me which I really appreciated as some massage therapists just seem to have their won agenda and do not care what you ask them to work on. Don't get me wrong She did not talk the whole time as that is another thing is that, I just want to feel the relaxation of the massage I do not want to talk about my day or who i am. She was very respectful and present- seeming to ask what was needed and otherwise was quiet. She also helped me realize what muscles were giving me the most problems and why and what I could do about it. One of the most helpful and relaxing massages I have in a long time. I have been a client of Lynn's for over 10 years. Lynn takes massage very seriously, she has done this full time for many years and it shows in her work. I have come to Lynn mostly because I sit a lot -desk job - and have developed muscle problems as a result of this. She has been very instrumental in helping me get out of a lot of pain. One of the most amazing things about Lynn is that when you first meet her you see that she is rather small in stature (her last name is actually short and it fits). Awesome does not even come close to describing the quality of bodywork that I have received from Lynn as a client and fellow LMT. I run two large booths for festivals in the summer and have around 23 massage therapists do shift work at each festival. I get bodywork from ALL of them each year. I was in a car wreck in 2008 , I started going to Lynn short on a referral from a friend, and had saw her at least 2x week for months,my body was so messed up,I had severe migraines ,muscles spasms ,and many other issues with my back,shoulder,and legs . Thanks to her healing hands I was able to start moving about again .She listens to what you tell her and she works from there.
