Melissa is amazing at what she does and applies the right amount of pressure (which for me is VERY firm). The functional massages are a bit more painful than a regular massage but the results are long lasting but that is because they are meant to help you be, well, more functional. In addition, I am often much more relaxed afterwards for at least 24 hours, which is unheard of when it comes to the massages I have had in the past. They also have an intro offer so if you are on the fence, this is a great way to try them out.
