So glad I did. Mark, the masseuse really took the time to know what types of issues I was having (neck, back tension). I felt very comfortable with him and he did a great job. The pressure was even throughout the whole massage and he worked my shoulder and back muscles which were very tight. Will definitely be back and include this in my new bi-weekly to monthly self care regime.

She knew were all of my trouble spots were without me having to point them out. (There are some many I forget) and she was very gentle when necessary. I love deep massages, but i often end up inn more pain from them than anything else. This wasn't the case. It was the perfect amount of pressure. I could tell things were being worked out but it still felt good and relaxing. I scheduled a second appointment for the following week. I'm excited to work with her again!

AMAZING place to get massages, especially functional massages. I hate getting messages at most…read moreplaces because I often find it's just glorified touching, but not here. Melissa is amazing at what she does and applies the right amount of pressure (which for me is VERY firm). The functional massages are a bit more painful than a regular massage but the results are long lasting but that is because they are meant to help you be, well, more functional. In addition, I am often much more relaxed afterwards for at least 24 hours, which is unheard of when it comes to the massages I have had in the past. They also have an intro offer so if you are on the fence, this is a great way to try them out.

First of all, this review is WAY overdue!  I was first introduced to Sabrina in November 2019 after…read moreexperiencing an injury as a result of a car accident. She was the resident massage therapist at my chiropractor's office.  It soon became apparent she was going to be instrumental in my recovery.  I have since followed her as she has opened Synergetic Massage and it has been the best decision ever for my health.   Sabrina is a highly skilled massage therapist and has consistently done a great job at helping me heal after my injuries, as well as provided truly relaxing experiences.  I have had very few massage therapists locate and target my problem areas with such ease and effectiveness.   Since Sabrina is an actual massage therapist and not just someone trained at a spa, she knows how to make a lasting impact as she understands the anatomy of her approach. Additionally, Sabrina makes it a priority to continue her education while learning new skills and techniques to provide the best experience possible.   Her online scheduling tool is convenient and easy, and her studio is clean, welcoming, and relaxing.

This was our first time visiting, and sadly, it didn't meet expectations. The whole experience felt…read moreawkward. My partner's masseuse was very rough, mostly massaging over the towel, and didn't communicate at all about pressure or comfort. He described it as feeling rushed and sloppy, like being run through a car wash. My massage started off okay, with the masseuse being somewhat communicative, but it quickly became lackluster. To make matters worse, halfway through the session, I was swapped to a completely different masseuse without any explanation, which left me feeling confused and uncomfortable. At checkout, I informed them I'd be paying with a card and used Apple Pay. Despite this, after the payment was processed and I tipped $20 per masseuse, they pointed to a sign about a 3% card fee and tried to adjust the total. I declined to pay the extra charge because it wasn't disclosed upfront. The staff was understanding, but I was told their boss wouldn't be happy, which just added to the frustration. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and disappointing. We were really hoping for a relaxing visit, but unfortunately, this isn't a place we'll return to.
