The guy did such an amazing job when I asked for a deep tissue massage. Really focused on the areas I wanted attention.

The massages start out decent- then they start to rush through it. Masseuse steps away multiple times throughout treatment. When they step away to greet a new customer, they leave you uncovered and the door open...then lead the new customer right past the room you're in. I'm accustomed to Asian massages and am not expecting Davenport level of service- however yesterday's visit was very disappointing. When we checked out, the price had gone up $30 since we were in last (last month). I was quite irritated with the entire experience by the time the lady asked for her tip. Apparently it wasn't enough and she laughed. A tip is to reward the level of service received- not an expectation. For reference, I tipped 15%. She was asking for a 40% tip. I wanted 1 hr uninterrupted massage but unfortunately I did not get that she left the room 5timed to help other customers and I did not that time back then on top of that they switched masseuse out which made me uncomfortable the pricing was wrong in store compared to online when it came to paying I told her 10$ tip due to everything and then she complained about her tip and charged me 20$ thank goodness I was paying attention and she got a real bad attitude when I told her that's not what I was giving you and made her giving me the tip back I will never go back and do not recommend any going there read more

I called prior asked for price the lady answers said $50 for 30 min massage I said ok agreed on that when I got there I paid the lady massage was ok kinda hurts. Now after I was done I went to the counter she grabbed a paper from behind the counter say u pay me more for tip I told her all I had was $50 was we agreed on people are not required to give a tip and the fact is she had it hidden and not in the board then it's theft well after I told her I'll make shure I come back tomorrow tip u she got vary mad and demanded I pay her she then said never come back and ripped her card out my hand which I felt like it was battery assault so I don't recommend paying reg price when u go in they seem money hungry and I have called law enforcement about the assault but she's vary aggressive so please stay clear of that biz she said if she don't get more money her boss is gonna get mad I'm like sounds like a abuser to me I will never recommend going there but I requested officer to tell them to refund me and I won't press charges for my assault issue I felt like it was a waste of time money read more

Awful! A 90 minute mediocre massage costs $100 all of a sudden. I used to get a massage here regularly & it used to cost $70 & when I mentioned that the lady lied to me & said it has always been $100 for 90 minutes. Then....when she asked how much tip I wanted to give, she tried to guilt trip me by saying that I needed to give him more. Quite frankly, I shouldn't have given him anything. The massage wasn't even a massage. He rubbed oil on my body & barely provided pressure & rushed through it. Before starting the massage, I went to the restroom & noticed a wet rag drying on a rack near the sink. During my massage, the man went to the restroom & started running the water & came back with a wet rag that was barely even warm to clean off my back. I put the pieces together & realized he used that dirty looking rag to clean off the oil. After the massage, I noticed the rag on that same rack but bunch up as if it was used. My speculations were right. I am NEVER coming here again. You all should avoid this place OR risk throwing away your money. read more

RUN! If I could rate with no stars I would. I received a quote for a 90 minute deep tissue massage via email for $90 plus tip. When I called to schedule, my first red flag should have been that the woman wouldn't take my name for the appointment and she had very limited appointment times. She was really unpleasant and difficult to communicate with. When I arrived with a $100 gift card burning a hole in my pocket, she said she wouldn't accept it and told me that a 90 min. Massage was $100 plus tip, that I was given old prices, ( I got the quote just 2 days prior.) Fine with me, the place looked like a dirty little dump anyway, I can't imagine the positive reviews on the site were for this Spokane location, really bad...I'm a professional in great shape and have had several high end massages. Lisa will find problem areas you didn't even know you had and work them out for you. If you like a lot of pressure, she maintains it throughout the massage. If you want a quiet and relaxing massage, you will be given that space. If you want to engage in fun chatter, you can have that also. Jasmine is a place for all types. read more

I have never been treated so unprofessionally after a massage. I was leaving a massage with my boyfriend and the lady ran out, accusing me of forging a tip on the gift certificate my boyfriend had. She forgot that I bought two in the past for different occasions, one which I did pay in advance for the tip (my boyfriends) and the other I left for the person who got the certificate to pay the tip themselves. Even though I paid additional tip for myself, she still ran out to us in the car and was frantically accusing me that I added the $10 dollar tip on her certificate and was demanding that I give her that extra $10 in cash. Funny, because she's the one who wrote with her own handwriting the tip I left when I bought It back in July. I told her that she's mixing up the certificates but she adamantly told me she remembers and that my memory is either bad or I am lying. How embarrassing that she had to act like that and demand me to pay her extra in tip. My bank account statements prove my purchases and memory to be correct. She pretty much lost a customer and referrals because her integrity was tied up to a mere $10. As a business owner myself I will never act like that to a customer and will never advise anyone to go there in order to avoid the situation I experienced. Embarrassing and pathetic. First time I'm ever leaving a bad review because I have never been disrespected like that before. Sucks because I try to support local business. Not them anymore. read more

This place is as good as it gets. Qin and Lisa are professionals that are highly skilled! They are excellent at finding what ails you (you may not even know it) without you even having to tell them. I guarantee you will leave feeling much better both mentally and physically. The establishment is clean, neat, has good parking, and is easy to find. The prices are more than fair and you receive a full 60 minute massage. Do yourself a favor and give Jasmine a try. You will be glad you did! read more
