They don't take appointments for inspections so it is first-come, first serve. Since it was fairly busy, I was told it would take about 45 minutes. They have seating inside, however, I decided to wait at a nearby coffee shop. They took down my number and said they would call when ready for pick-up. After about 20 minutes I received a call informing me that the vehicle would fail inspection since one of the windshield wipers was torn. They offered to replace one, both, or neither (for me to replace myself or at a different location). When asked, he informed me of the price options. The prices were reasonable so I asked to swap them both out for $50. He called back about 5 minutes later to report the vehicle passed inspection with the new wiper blades. I returned, paid inside, and picked up my vehicle. Total came to a little under $90 for the wiper blades and inspection. Overall, excellent quick and quality service with great communication.
