Not only did they do the oil change but found that an electrical device that controls my air pressure monitor and remote start was faulty, the part was not in stock. They asked me if I wanted to keep the truck or leave it, I opted to leave and they got me into a rental. The car was finished on Tuesday eve. I was having an off day, not feeling well & asked that they just let me go and I would deal with the battery later. Mitch, my service technician called in Brad, the service manager and between the two of them, they calmed me down, offered me a ride home, tested and replaced the battery and due to my health issues, had the car delivered home to me a few hours later. They were professional, kind and went above and beyond to make my experience a good one.

To be honest, I was skeptical to call based on the reviews I read on yelp and google, however I…read moretook my chances because I needed the car gone and I had a **GREAT** experience with them. They were the ONLY business that were willing to pick up the car from my house, let alone same day - and came within the hour! The guy I spoke to on the phone was very nice, told me a price (which the most I have been offered based on my weeks of calling places). I panicked and had to call back as I remembered there was a specialty DVD player inside the car that had to be removed. My husband was at work and wouldn't be able to remove until later tonight. He told me don't worry, the guys who come do this all the time and they will remove it for me. He did a great job and cut all the wires very clean. In the end I got exactly what was quoted. The car was not in great shape, didn't start and was over 14 years old, but had everything that was needed. In my opinion, even if they offered me $50 I would take it, because towing a car away would cost more. I think it's common sense the price is subject to change based on the condition of the car upon arrival, which is why I'm shocked so many people used that to post a negative review. As someone who had a great experience with them, I would say to people looking to give them a call, don't let those negative reviews steer you in the wrong direction. And yes, I would still post this positive review if I didn't get the price quoted.

I said no thanks and the owner calls me back with a backhanded apology saying they were still in within the timeframe. Then he has the nerve to tell me I'm playing games because I said they could still come check out the car but I wasn't certain I would take the offer if it changed from my original quote. We sent a car back with this company at the end of a lease. We were told the car was clean and perfect. About a month later I get a bill for 900 dollars of damages. I called Yury who assured me he would take care of this. It has been moths and he refuses to take care of this. He lied and says he mailed a check, then he said he would call the bank. He never did, instead of being honest he lies. In addition the new car we got was not what he promised. Different color, not what we asked for, and again he refuses to be upfront about anything. I am not the only one this has happened to, so save yourself the headaches and just go to a dealer. This is a total scam.
