It's a quick 3min walk from the avenue street he's on, to the main street in Oceanside where there are many places to eat and shop if waiting for your car. Prior to my visit, she provided the Carfax reports and confirmed that both vehicles were available. Based on that information, I made the 45-minute drive from the Bronx to Long Island, paying for gas and tolls along the way. Upon arriving, instead of being shown the vehicles I came to see, I was repeatedly pressured to complete a credit application. I explained that I wanted to inspect the vehicles first before discussing financing or submitting any personal information. Rather than honoring that reasonable request, the staff attempted to redirect me toward two completely different vehicles that I had never inquired about and had no interest in purchasing. After standing firm and again requesting to see the vehicles I had specifically made the appointment for, I was eventually informed that neither vehicle was actually ready for sale. Had I been told this before making the trip, I would not have wasted my time, gas, tolls, or nearly an hour of travel. Confirming that vehicles are available, scheduling an appointment, and then revealing upon arrival that the vehicles cannot be shown is unprofessional and misleading. The continued pressure to complete a credit application before even viewing the advertised vehicles only added to the frustration. I cannot recommend doing business with a dealership that operates this way.

They were the ONLY business that were willing to pick up the car from my house, let alone same day - and came within the hour! The guy I spoke to on the phone was very nice, told me a price (which the most I have been offered based on my weeks of calling places). I panicked and had to call back as I remembered there was a specialty DVD player inside the car that had to be removed. My husband was at work and wouldn't be able to remove until later tonight. He told me don't worry, the guys who come do this all the time and they will remove it for me. He did a great job and cut all the wires very clean. In the end I got exactly what was quoted. The car was not in great shape, didn't start and was over 14 years old, but had everything that was needed. In my opinion, even if they offered me $50 I would take it, because towing a car away would cost more. I think it's common sense the price is subject to change based on the condition of the car upon arrival, which is why I'm shocked so many people used that to post a negative review. As someone who had a great experience with them, I would say to people looking to give them a call, don't let those negative reviews steer you in the wrong direction. And yes, I would still post this positive review if I didn't get the price quoted.

I tried to get my car shipped by three different transport companies. Two took deposits. The deposit was returned by the shipper after a driver backed out due to fuel costs. Ultimate Transport asked for an additional $350 to cover increase in fuel costs. I paid the $350. Vlad picked up the car on time and delivered it to me in 4 days. He was very professional. I'd recommend him as the driver for any other person seeking transport. He accepted Zelle payment for the balance.

My complaint is that the golf cart was damaged during transport and the actual transporter lied about the condition of the cart when it was picked up. It arrived without a windshield and with front body damage, not major but work I cannot do myself. The transporter said he would reimburse me for the windshield but when I looked closer and found the body damage, I asked for the $700 back that I paid him as that what I figured it would cost to fix. He refused so I called Ultimate Transport 123 to file a claim with them and was told (after numerous calls) that I had to file a claim against the transporter's insurance and that they would send me the information so submit against his insurance. I still have not received anything from them and they have said that since I have spam filter, they can't contact me??? All you have to do is speak your name... then the call goes through. They also have my email address. Ultimate called and left a message and I called them back just to wait on hold and then disconnected. The company I hired was Ultimate and they should be the one I contact to take care of this... they keep acting like they are attempting to help resolve this but they really are not. I didn't even ask for a full refund, just the cost of the repair!!! Do not use this company if you expect to receive your vehicle in the same condition as you sent it...
