If you are looking for a unique ring here is the place to go. They are very patient as you pick out your jewelry and don't try to upsell you. They listen to what you are looking for and help you find just what your heart desires. Their jewelry is truly magical I love that they have free cleanings and they always check to ensure the stones don't come loose. We try to come once a month or every other month depending on our schedules. Run don't walk as they are closing their doors around Christmas as it's time to retire. They have a big sale going on now and I'm hoping to get some matching earrings. It's going to be a sad loss to the community when they close their doors.

I had a bizarre and highly unprofessional experience here. When I hesitated, the employee spent five minutes typing on her computer and suddenly came back with an "official" quote of over $500. It's hard to believe the price quintupled in five minutes, or that she suddenly didn't need to send them out for that quote once I questioned the deposit. Most concerning was the lack of expertise. I asked for an appraisal on a necklace clearly engraved with a "750" hallmark. She told me the stone was likely fake because the chain was white and "wasn't even silver." For a professional jeweler to not recognize the standard hallmark for 18k white gold is a massive red flag. Between the "bait and switch" pricing tactics and the inability to identify basic gold hallmarks, I wouldn't trust this shop with high-end jewelry. I'm glad I didn't leave a deposit and took my business elsewhere.

I came in with my newborn son and my mom, and after waiting a few minutes without being acknowledged we walked up to the front desk to ask for help. A staff member assisted us and showed a few bands. When I found one I liked, I asked if it could be made in yellow gold. She said she would check with the vendor and offered to clean my engagement ring so I could look at the bands with my clean ring. After a few minutes, she returned with my ring, and when I asked to try on another band, she told us she was now helping someone else and couldn't assist us further.This was surprising since she had been helping us the entire time up to that point. I was ready to move forward with purchasing a ring but never received an answer about pricing and was told no when I asked to see another option. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

My husband FOUND the gemstone in the dryer (bless his heart!). I was in the Florin area one day and inquired about getting the setting done redone. I was given a vague quote, a price that was well below any big box jeweler stores that I had asked for quotes at. I found a picture online of the setting that I wanted, told them which quality of gold that I wanted, and placed a down payment. It took about 3 weeks to get done and I am SO happy. The setting is much more sturdy, and the pendant came to me well polished and just perfect. This is a family run business, I recommend anybody wanting to have personalized jewelry made to come here!

Later, Gia claimed the sale was final--something that was never disclosed or signed knowingly. They still have the watch and only refunded a small portion. Very dishonest and misleading business.
