The person working there didn't seem very happy which always leads me to wonder how they are treated. I decided to buy a velvet pair of bell bottom pants. I opted to not try them on as the fitting rooms/lighting were not flattering or comfortable. Upon purchase, I was informed they were on sale, fabulous! My friend and myself chatted up the sales person and she brightened up a bit. I arrived home, excited to try on my new purchase. Sadly, they were really poor quality and itched something fierce! I made my way back into the store a week later to learn that not only could I not return them but all sale items are final sale and I could not receive a store credit either. I was dumbfounded. I explained I didn't understand this to which the same grumpy sales person pointed to a sign located at the height of my knees that all sale item were final sale. She said she'd texted her boss and there wasn't anything they could do for me. Truly, poor business and poor quality.
