I called Earth Store up to see about their return policy because I wanted to come and exchange it for another one but I live almost 2 hrs away. The lady graciously offered to send me another one and I didn't have to send the old one back to save money. I received my speaker in a few short days and it works (the box came with one wrong cord but I just used the cord from the first one)!!! I am happy with the above and beyond customer service from this store and will gladly go back when I return to Nevada City one day.

She then condescendingly said, "I take it you're not a reader" to me just because I wasn't looking around at the books. I was offended. I am quite a reader and she treated me like an idiot just because I wanted to idle a bit until the walkway was clear.
