Not to mention, a fantastic use of so much space. You might not know where some things are, but it makes for a heck of an adventure. They do have some areas marked, such as children's and dvds, but everything else is like looking for treasure within the Cave of Wonders. It smells like old-timey books, and you are immediately transported to another time where life was so much simpler and more beautiful. I've bought several books for my book club, cds to listen to at home, and various gifts for other people. I would say the prices are really good here, much cheaper than if you tried going to a chain book store or even small local shops (still should support them). The store is really well organized and clean. The staff are very nice and helpful if you're looking for something specific. I love Cathy M. who is sometimes at the counter there. She is knowledgeable about books and everything local. A very nice person, as are they all. Of course I will get rid of books then cruise the aisles here looking for more. The selection is wide; the store is well organized and labelled by category signs hanging from the ceiling. Only one thing lacks. They need a library cat. Aside from that. This is a great little spot and the money you spend there goes to Sierra Resource Center which helps residents in need. Books are fairly priced.

This is the cutest bookstore I've ever been to! Decorated so well and such a great selection of new…read moreand used books. The owner Marissa is just such a gem! My dream was to have a book inspired photoshoot and she happily let us use luminary for the shoot. This was my first time learning of the bookshop as I'm new to town and so happy to have found it.
