My husband stated that the bouquet was supposed to have included an elegant arrangement of pastel roses which it DID NOT INCLUDE 1 rose; instead hideous carnations. I feel my husband was taken advantage of' as he ordered by phone and was not sent a picture of the bouquet delivered. He is an OTR trucker who was unable to be home to celebrate the holiday; but made an effort to show a kind gesture. We did not appreciate the quality or inappropriate selection of cheap sun flowers and carnations; nor do we think the value aligned with its price point. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Based on other customers photos along with my own, this florist's flower preference is sun flowers no matter the occasion. We will not be ordering flowers from this florist again, maybe even re-gifting these to a hospital patient to brighten their day.
