Had to wait 20 minutes for the owner to show up!
    Ludovico Z.

Five stars for the items in the store, two stars for having to wait at least 20 minutes for the owner to show up. He left a sign saying "I'm here" and a number, which I did. Apparently "here" just meant in NYC, and the time he gave to get back was highly inaccurate. For a shop opened so few days a week, and for so few hours, I find that highly unacceptable.

During a recent sale, their pickup team was incredibly rough with my furniture--a Century Furniture piece from the 80s that was a cherished family heirloom. Despite my repeated warnings that their handling would cause damage, they continued to be reckless and completely destroyed the item. I have video and photographic evidence of the item's pristine condition prior to pickup, as well as the damage they caused in real-time. Despite this, AptDeco is now attempting to claim the item was "damaged upon pickup." I saw them ruin this piece with my own eyes. To make matters worse: * Customer Support is a ghost town. Every email is answered by a different person (Von, Alex, etc.), and no one takes responsibility. * The phone lines are a sham. Their listed support number (646-586-9056) disconnects immediately when called. * Unsafe practices. Their third-party partners showed up at my building at nearly 9:00 PM without notice, which is a significant security concern and completely unprofessional. AptDeco has done nothing to resolve the $160 payout for the damage they caused. If you value your furniture or your sanity, do not use this platform. I am currently preparing a BBB complaint and filing in small claims court. AptDeco Management: Contact me immediately to resolve my payout.

After hemming and hawing for all of five minutes and checking across the street if anyone recognized me, I walked in and quickly requested a 45-minute massage. I was impressed with the experience. This place is cleaner than most reflexology Chinese massage places. There's a faint smell of lavander and soft Asian sounding music. The massage tables are new and the breathing holes plushly padded. I've never breathed easier on a massage table. The staff speaks English relatively well and they speak in hushed and respectful tones. The massage itself was about average, but I know from experience that the variation in skill level can be quite large even within the same parlor. The prices are the same as other reflexology places in the area, $38 for a 45-minute massage. I'm gonna have to come back just as soon as I get over the guilt..

The woman called me Honey, and Sugar, and made me feel Welcomed. She has beautiful candles, and sensual spirits floating around this small secret store. I was feeling delighted, and free as the aromas whirled in my head making me fortunate to have found this store. What a great little place!
