We had a little issue finding the place but once we were there they did have quite a few vehicles available. The couple of people that we ended up talking to were very friendly and seemed to be very helpful. The one lady was some type of finance manager and was running the place and we got assigned to a sales person when one arrived for the day. We ended up having a bit of a language barrier with the sales person as her English was not that good. We wanted to look at a couple of vehicles in the lot and she had trouble understanding that and kept telling us just to come inside. The vehicle we initially went to view Was not at all what was expected so we had moved on to viewing other vehicles. The inventory wasn't super impressive because nothing had prices on it. I got the impression that they were priced the vehicles based on the person looking to make the purchase. In the two hours we spent here we visually, inspected 2 1/2 vehicles and got nowhere with finding one that was worth buying. If the person I was with had a lot more money to spend, we might've found something. A lot of the inventory wasn't even ready to sell and had to go through their inspection before they could even Price them to sell. I felt that if our Spanish had been better, we might've had more luckier, but it was still a nice place to visit. Meanwhile, we are continuing to search for a car for them. There wasn't an accessible space, but there was a van parked in it seemingly randomly, and the entrance is not at all accessible. There's a step up into the office and there are steps down into other parts of the office once you are inside. The whole place looks like it's under construction at the moment, but has been here for quite some time.

The paperwork is fact being signed before the school deal ended. Mr Ricardo, I hope you read this and make restitution for my friend. This occurrence is the very reason why the public do not trust car dealers, and this matter cannot get any more factual. BUYER BEWARE -- DOCUMENTED EXPERIENCE…read more I had an extremely frustrating experience with [Dealership Name], and potential customers should know how my transaction was handled. I originally brought my BMW X5 to this dealership while looking at an Audi e-tron GT. They appraised my X5 at approximately $22,000. I decided not to move forward with the e-tron GT because I wasn't comfortable with the overall numbers. After the dealership continued contacting me, I told them that if they genuinely valued my X5 at that amount, they could simply buy it from me. A sales manager then sent me a written offer of $22,310 for my X5. I still have the text message. Based on that written offer, I returned to the dealership to sell them the vehicle. I sat there for approximately an hour before being told they were busy and it could take several more hours. I left, asked my salesperson for the GM's information, didn't receive it, and ultimately drove back to the dealership AGAIN. Only when they started preparing the paperwork did I get told that the $22,310 offer was supposedly a "mistake" because they thought my X5 had approximately 44,000 miles instead of approximately 99,000 miles. So somehow my vehicle was physically at the dealership, was appraised, I was subsequently given a specific $22,310 offer in writing by a sales manager, and I made additional trips to the dealership based on that offer -- yet this alleged 55,000-mile discrepancy wasn't brought up until it was time to complete the transaction. Make of that what you will. At minimum, this was an incredible failure to verify basic information before giving a customer a written number and having them return to the dealership. My time was wasted repeatedly because I relied on what their own management communicated to me. I have retained the texts showing the $22,310 offer and my communications with the dealership. I'm sharing my experience so other customers can make their own informed decision before doing business here.
