We thoroughly enjoyed looking around the store, speaking with Leah and being helped by Leah, and our stuff we picked up. First time here. Will definitely be repeat customers. We are excited to share our containers and reuse what we keep. There are so many items we can't get from most other places we go. It is truly a health and wellness kind of mini grocery store. There is stuff for all sorts of things! Well organized and clean. Very clear instructions and staff (Leah) are great! Cute little seating area outside that's minimalistic.

I just love coming to the mighty bin. Reusing jars and filling them back up is so rewarding and fun. I am happy to support a small business that is woman owned! Isabelle is always so kind, even when I make a mess . I've been coming since the store opened and I've seen it grow with so much product! Clearly, Isabelle and her team work very hard and it shows! A beautiful environment with wonderful products. You'd be silly not to support this business, even if it's just once.

I've been meaning to stop by but I usually do my grocery shopping at night to beat the crowds and due to working till later in the day. I called out sick to take care of my dog as he wasn't feeling well, but when he started to feel better I decided to go check out this zero waste store! I definitely try to do my best for the environment and my house is full of zero waste products and reusable items, so I was VERY excited for this store to open so close by to me! I also shop at Earthwell Refill and I love it there as well but they focus mainly on cleaning and hygiene products. Definitely recommend both stores. The workers were friendly and professional and explained the process to me. I brought my own jars and bag, and they weighed out my jars before filling them up. They have grains, beans, pasta, household cleaning items, hygiene products, produce, teas, coffee beans, oils, seasonings, the list goes on. I bought brown rice, tamari, curry powder, some produce and Castile soap since I was running out. They had a good selection of items, I wish they had more noodles to choose from, I love chickpea noodles and if they had some I would've definitely bought some! I saw they had some empty dispenser containers so there's more product coming. There were several people in the store which made me happy that other people also care about the planet! They have clean funnels and spoons to scoop out what you need and a section to put used items. I appreciate their business soooo much! Thank you and I'll be back soon!

Clean, well-organized, straightforward bulk shopping with both staples and treats, including gluten-free items, at good prices.

Prices did seem a bit inflated but you're in a Ralph's downtown in San Diego so it was expected. Bathrooms require a code with a purchase from the store which was also to be expected. Employees there are definitely rude and sarcastic which brought down the experience of going there. They do have a patio but there are a good amount of homeless people around there so not sure if eating your lunch there is the best idea.

I entered the store and found my way to the back were the bathrooms are only to find that I needed a code to unlock the door. I suppose that is a necessary evil given the homeless problem in and around the store. For folks like me who just need to pee, it was a real hassle. I scouted around the store for a couple of minutes looking for an employee who might provide me with the code. After not having any luck, I said "F*ck it" and left. I just held it until we arrived at the building where the car was parked and used the facilities there. The store, did however, look like a pretty good Ralph's if you live or were staying nearby.

I've been in before and bought one of my favorite wines, but it was all about dessert today. I also grabbed a Talenti vanilla gelato because you can't have apple pie without it being ala mode! I waited at the register since there wasn't anyone around, but then the friendly worker came out from over by the coffee area. Apologized and rang me up. He: The pie is 50% off Me: What? He: Yes Scored! They offer the discount when the pie is a day after its "sell by" but it was still delicious! Ok, so now I'm going to stop in when I'm in the neighborhood. I still would've paid full price because I love Julian pies! Great little market!
