My son stopped attending this school in November. Since then, Guidepost has been sitting on a full month's tuition deposit with absolutely no intention of returning it. For four months, I have been met with nothing but "manual processing" excuses, "60-90 day" delay tactics, and empty apologies from the regional leadership team and the campus leadership team. Despite providing regional leadership with clear deadlines and rejecting their vague explanations, they have completely ghosted me. My deadline passed with zero follow-up and zero transfer. It is now clear that their "apologies" are a scripted stall tactic. Whether this is due to the company's widely reported financial instability or sheer administrative incompetence, the result is the same: They are withholding thousands of dollars from a family while providing zero service. If you value your hard-earned money and want to avoid months of stressful, fruitless hovering over an unresponsive billing department, stay far away. A school that lacks the integrity to return a simple deposit cannot be trusted with the care and education of your child. Guidepost Leadership: Give me my money back.

The potty training…read moreexpectations for three year olds is not clear until after you pay your non-refundable deposit. They expect the young three year olds to be able to potty independently which means they go their own, wipe and then pull up their own pants. They also have to wash hands independently. If your child soils themselves you are called to come pick them up. They say they do not help clean them up or assist the child in anyway. For working parents and any parent of a young child who is potty trained/training these are some very lofty and stressful requirements. The deposit is of course non-refundable and you have to ask yourself at the end of the day, how many of these are they gaining when parents find out the true expectations after the fact. But of course, there is a wait list...very disappointed and will not be sending my children here but the preschool happily kept the $125 deposit (tell me what happens to that money? )

Just by chance I singed up my three year old for a trial French lesson with Emilie. He hasn't…read moremissed a class since then. I can wake my son up in the car by whispering in his ear "do you want to go to Emilie?" and his eyes will instantly open, and he is out and running to his French lesson. He was supposed to go earlier but we kept him at home longer than expected because of covid. Finally we made it and it's been a great success. Everyone from the owners to the teachers and staff amazingly loving and sweet, always with a smile and the little one loves his teachers and his friends. Facilities are clean and welcoming. The secure camera system has been particularly loved by mama as she can peek at him whenever she has free time, and the daily report and photos (and chatting with the teachers at pickup) are very useful if you want to help them continue to learn at home. And if there are any concerns, you get an email or call the very same day. Thank you Ms. Yashoda, Ms. Reina, Ms. Bella and Ms. Parvana for loving the little one so much since day 1!! Unfortunately we are moving in a month or two. We are already sad at the idea of leaving Kiddie.
