The issues we encountered the last two times we ordered is that the quality of the sandwiches has dramatically changed. The bread seems different. It's much harder and doesn't seem as fresh as it used to. In addition, the meat is still delicious, but appears to have whimped out from what we used to get. I'm going to give it another try, but the last two orders have been disappointing. This used to be my favorite place to go for a sandwich. Not ready to give up quite yet.

Everyone was friendly, courteous, attentive, and made us feel welcome. My review of the food does not reflect on the service at all. Unfortunately, I don't think I would come back for the food. I ordered the ribeye medium, but the first one came out closer to medium-well. They were very nice about replacing it, but the second steak was extremely thin and tasted like it had gone straight from the freezer onto the grill. I'm a big steak person, so I was disappointed. The salad was good and the baked potato was good, but I personally did not care for the corn at all. It had a strange taste to me. Overall, the staff and service were excellent, but the food, especially the ribeye, was disappointing enough that I probably would not return. I truly appreciate how kind and accommodating the staff was while we were celebrating my sister's special birthday.
