Once you arrive, you check in at the kiosk by scanning your ID and your insurance card and that's it! You have a seat in the waiting area and wait for them to call you in. I've been here a few times already and I was always seen at my appointment time. The lab technicians are all very nice, gentle, and quick. Another plus is they are great with children!! This location is apart of a very busy parking complex that can sometimes be chaotic. I suggest going early in the morning before the stores open up.

After a 40 minute wait with a toddler I asked front desk for an estimate time wait so I can take the restless toddler out for a walk in the hallway. The front desk was unclear with a time frame yet stated I can go for a walk and be called. Needless to say the front desk didn't call me yet another patient did. As I returned I was only called in to hand in the lab referrals. Again the wait time was unclear and back to the hallway I went until another patient called for me. During the 40 mins wait another patient asked an employee for masks. That employee asked the front desk to guide her to them. The front desk responded with a sarcastic reply that she should know where it is and to get it herself. I recommend staff being a bit more welcoming. A "hi" or "good morning" comes a long way. Maybe even having the tv on for all in the waiting room instead of sitting in awkward silence starring at one another. Overall, the phlebotomist was great with my toddler doing her best to entertain him from the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out. Bring enough entertainment as you're wait on a weekend is no less then an hour. If possible bring sufficient snacks for a little. Good luck.

The check-in process was very smooth.. which is the only reason I'm giving two stars.. I was able to do it right from my phone. I then received a phone call where the caller failed to address who was calling, just simply said "can you come inside" (with a rude tone). The phlebotomist, I'm guessing the same lady that called me, was very unprofessional and rude the whole time. I work in the medical field and someone like this lady should not be working with pediatric patients (at the least). She was completely unwelcoming.. got snappy with me when I wasn't holding my daughter down exactly how she wanted me to and made my daughter even more uncomfortable than she already was getting a needle in her arm. She did not have gauze ready when she pulled out the needle, which freaked my daughter out (seeing blood). I took her to this location because it read good reviews on here stating that the phlebotomist they had was great with children.. so I thought I would try it out. The staff is sometimes late to open up, they're usually only one here so if that person is running behind it can be a wait. Reservations taken in first, walk ins as possible. No COVID and flu tests here, they'll redirect you. Blood tests, yes. Come with your doctor's prescription. Convenient, yes, but staff took 3 pricks to draw blood from my elderly in law. It took only one at another date here, so perhaps just not a good day, but different staff.
