Talked to Roy and he worked us into his schedule considering our travel plans. He called out a broken belt on one of the front tires that we had not noticed. Being carpy OEM tires we decided to have them all replaced which required us to go to a tire shop. What Ram puts junk tires on a $70k truck I can't understand. Roy had us bring the truck back to him so he could recheck the alignment. Truck drives like it should have off the lot. Roy and team managed our issue, performed their alignment and inspected our front end to ensure we were safe to travel and the cost was extremely reasonable! Being presented with a bill 50% over the estimate is just not professional. Finally, and unequivocally the last time, I took my car in for a larger project. My car is an 'exotic' with a very special paint color and material. Hams failed twice to complete the work satisfactorily. Eventually, I had to demand that the insurance payment made to Hams be refunded, and I had to take the car to a shop in Portland to get the Hams work removed (out-of-pocket cost to me) and then the restoration done properly.

Everything was shiny and looked like a new car. I had it dry in my garage overnight with windows down and trunk open. When I went to drive it two days later, everything in the interior felt and looked oily. The car mats, dash, and steering wheel are slippery. The outside of the car is streaky and looks patchy. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the longevity of this service and am not a fan of the aloe vera method he used. In my opinion, not worth the money because I will have to clean the car again to get rid of the slick.
