I have been too many times to count through the drive-thru and inside with my husband and son. This is by far the best place to get a cool treat. I have tried the strawberry shortcake sundae, strawberry sundae, brownie sundae, vanilla custard alone and the list goes on. Please give this wonderful place a try if you're haven't already. Chocolate peanut butter custard is pretty amazing as well. The staff is really nice and helpful. A great addition to the area I must say. Better than all of the other places nearby to get a cold dessert. Please keep in mind to make a turn at the light where you see Chick-fil-A and stay in the right lane and keep straight and you will see it on your right at the end of the shopping strip. Sherwin Williams is directly behind it to the side. Side note still deserve 5 stars but some of the staff on a couple of my visits are not the nicest and have rung up my orders incorrectly but because I loved the custard so much I didn't mind but bringing my husband with me on Mother's Day was a first bad impression. read more

Overall the best ice cream in Grovetown. However, be prepared to wait forever. Pretty sure they have to milk the cow in the back of the store prior to making the custard. Besides the wait, it's pretty good. read more

My GF worked for DQ for 18 years so she could care less about ice cream, but the last time we went she actually had some!! and she liked it!! I love this place. Real ice cream, nice small place with nice people with a family atmosphere and kinda trendy. I keep trying different creations. I had a banana split last time, good stuff! oh and the coffee /espresso creations are fun too. i try stuff out. its great if you like coffee and ice cream! win win! read more

I have been thinking about trying this place since it opened. There are SO many things on the menu it's a tad overwhelming. Not a bad thing, just means I'll have to come back try more. I kept coming back to the mocha espresso shake and while it was pretty good, I think I may play it safe and go with the good old custard next time. I like how they change daily (like Culver's) and you may find me back here on July 19th for that s'mores custard. I can't say no to anything s'mores. This is a cute little location that I can see kids having fun with since there's a little playhouse inside for them to pop in and out of. My only suggestion to make this place even better would be to have a water pitcher out ready because I could have chugged four glasses of water after that shake I had. It will save the employees time from getting individual waters if they had a jug with cups out. Just an idea! I'll be back and appreciate how friendly the employees were! read more

This place is AWESOME! We stopped by tonight to check it out after hearing so many great reviews. The owners were so friendly. We received excellent customer service. We tried a marshmallow sundae, Cookie Dough Arctic Swirl, and a Blue Raspberry Italian Ice. All three were amazing! By far the best Italian Ice and Frozen Custard in town. We'll definitely be back! Went through drive-thru, you order at window. No big deal. Just know what you want when you get to the window (there is a menu a couple car lengths from window). I had the custard w/orange cream Italian ice and kids had various custard w/cookie etc....I loved mine, so did kids! Will definitely be back. And it didn't upset my stomach as bad as Culver's or DQ. Culver's is now our 2nd favorite. Good job Meadows. read more

Amazingly delicious custard and Italian ice combos. I never knew that those two would go together so well. Also, a big plus because the location of this one is just fantastic. I really hope they add lore things like this to the Grovetown area because it'll def help turn this place into the city they hope it to be. If you haven't tried Meadows yet, you're missing out! First and foremost, best custard I've ever had. Soft, creamy, and absolutely delightful as anyone would hope from a good custard. The young people working there are always kind, as I usually order through the drive-thru. I've tried the daily flavors, to the Affagato, to my favorite and what I get most often now; the espresso shakes! They have me going back way more often then I should, but it's a wonderful pick-me-up on the way to work and I'd much rather go here than the Culver's or Starbucks nearby. This is a sure win, and I reccomend this place to all my friends. They also have a punch card for their espresso drinks now as well, buy 10 and get 1 free. So worth coming back for! read more

My little brother loves their Italian ice so I had to try it when I was back in town. I got a large and asked for mango, strawberry, and lemon. Lemon was the best but they were all super tasty and the consistency was great. 10/10 will buy again. The Meadows is also the cleanest food place I've ever been in. This is a great ice cream shop. Original artwork on the wall, nice indoor seating area, and a very welcoming staff. Even the first time I visited Meadows, the manager himself said hello and asked how I was doing. I ordered an Espresso caramel shake and it was amazing!!! I can't believe I've never had anything like this before, it is sooo good!! The espresso was perfect- it was such a fresh/rich flavor and did not have that burnt taste like some places' espresso. I will definitely be going back soon to get another, larger sized one soon. Also, I really liked that it's not as crowded as other ice cream/custard places in the area. The drive through service was pleasant/friendly AND they hand out "Shakes and shots" cards! Meadows is, by far, the best frozen, creamy treat in the area! We drive 30 minutes from Evans to Grovetown just to get their frozen custard when we could easily get another dessert closer to home! The trip to Grovetown is always worth the drive because it's always delicious! And they also have coffee and other yummy treats as well! I hope that they are able to open a second location closer to us one day soon, but until then, we'll keep coming to Grovetown for our sweet fix because only Meadows is worth the drive and the calories! read more
