We have lived at Beachwood Apartments for many years. The addition of Wendy to the management team…read moreseveral months ago, was the smartest move that Village Green has made. She has transformed the maintenance team and front office staff into individuals that really take pride in their work. People always like to blame others when the pool goes down, or there is a water shut off. We had similar problems when we lived in our house, truly no one's fault. Wendy also worked diligently to get us our money back when there was an overcharge for the gas bill several months ago. This resulted in a complete refund of the over charge. We think people need to get their facts right before they share untruths in a review.

The building has swipe in security passes on the elevator and unit doors. Speaking of doors, the door to each unit is massive and secure. The unit was also pretty soundproof. We did hear people out in the halls on Friday evening but nothing loud and nothing that went on too late. Our unit had a queen bed, flat screen tv, keurig, washer and dryer, large closet, WiFi. The lobby is nicely decorated, there are three small work spaces, the second floor has a pool and clubhouse (I think there was a beer tap). Coffee in the lobby. There is a gym but I did not see it, and parking. They had everyone on the pool deck to watch the eclipse and it was spectacular. This building is across the street from the RTA, down the street from the West Side Market and Ohio City restaurants. This was a very convenient base of operations for our trip to Cleveland. We did not rent a car and were able to walk most places, catch an Uber.

The apartments come dirty, and then they charge you for it when you leave, even if you live there 9 years and leave it spotless. The pool burns your skin because the idiots don't know how to take care of it. The parking lot will give you a flat tire. The elevators break down monthly and it took them a year to fix the one. I've lived in apartments before where everything looked nice, yet when you actually went to use something, you could tell the property had chosen to go the cheap route. This is not the case with the Residences at Halle. You get what you pay for - a beautiful high quality apartment. I love the security features of the building as well. Key fob access, security in the lobby and only being able to access your floor. The location is also perfect. There's a restaurant in the lobby and even a small convenient store. I also love that the parking garage is attached to the building via a tunnel. The garage is a bit tight but thats expected. Lastly the management team has been amazing. Alex has been so welcoming and kind. I was moving from out of state and they made the process seamless and so easy. I may be new to this propery but I'm so happy I decided to call this place home.

They made the whole process, from signing our lease to our move in, very seamless and easy. There were a couple questions I had on a Sunday and Alex responded almost immediately to my questions, which you don't find at other buildings or rentals. If you're looking for a new place, I would highly recommend considering the Halle and giving it a tour.

Williamsburg Townhome Apts is a very quiet peaceful place to live and I have been here a while & I…read moreusually don't have to make a complaint but sometimes there's just some very disrespectful neighbors who are very loud and do not think about the walls being thin in our homes. Recently new residents have moved in the building next to me and they party in their garage blasting their music and the base is so loud it travels to surrounding neighbors and is soooo annoying especially when it goes on all day long usually on the weekends mostly and sometimes during the week. I'm surprised none of the neighbors right next door to these people haven't complained unless they're not home ever. I went outside around 8pm to see where it was coming from and it was 3 apts down in the building next to me!! I also could hear some lady yelling at someone or arguing!! Crazy and so horrible that some people just don't care about anyone but themselves. They are smoking weed too outside in their garage it smells horrible and travels through other residents windows!!! I thought this was a drug free environment!!! Most people choose to live here because of it's quiet peaceful atmosphere so I'm not sure what's going on here but I sure hope management is screening new residents thoroughly and hope this beautiful community doesn't become another Euclid OH. UGH!!! Most people want to live in a peaceful environment it's not cool for anyone to come in a destroy people's happiness go somewhere else if you feel the need to be extremely loud for attention sheeesh! Most residents here enjoy their weekends relaxing not hearing your bumping stupid music!!!! Come on new residents do better!!! This place has been going downhill the past 5 yrs and all I keep hearing about is flooding in many residents apts. Sagging ceilings and mice issues! Management needs to also screen new people more. This isnt Euclid or the projects this is suppose to be an upscale area not an area for thugs and loud music!!! Many of us residents are also very upset about the water bill going up all the time there's no separate meters so how horribly unfair when there's bigger families living in one home compared to only one single occupancy. If someone has leaks or bad toilet our water bill goes up and this is totally unfair. Some get away with breaking rules too while others get warned if they do something they're not suppose to. Not fair at all. Also, some residents are so rude leaving their dogs poop everywhere. Pick up your dad dogs poop that's disgusting. It's expensive here too so things need to change or there's gonna be many moving out.
