The apartments come dirty, and then they charge you for it when you leave, even if you live there 9 years and leave it spotless. The pool burns your skin because the idiots don't know how to take care of it. The parking lot will give you a flat tire. The elevators break down monthly and it took them a year to fix the one. The list goes on. It's a terrible place to live and you should absolutely never consider this shit hole.

I also love that the parking garage is attached to the building via a tunnel. The garage is a bit tight but thats expected. Lastly the management team has been amazing. Alex has been so welcoming and kind. I was moving from out of state and they made the process seamless and so easy. I may be new to this propery but I'm so happy I decided to call this place home.

There were a couple questions I had on a Sunday and Alex responded almost immediately to my questions, which you don't find at other buildings or rentals. I advise the staff that I'd be a little late in making payments until this compensation claim is heard. in spite of that I was served an eviction notice because my payment was 15 days late this month. I was told that in addition to my normal rent, I would have to pay about $700 in late fees and court costs because they already filed the eviction. I think the manager is on some kind of power trip and gets some kind of gratification out of forcing people out of their homes, in spite of the circumstances . Fortunately, my brother is an attorney and someone is in his firm is going to represent me at the eviction hearing, and they feel a story like this likely to make local news .

Recently new residents have moved in the building next to me and they party in their garage blasting their music and the base is so loud it travels to surrounding neighbors and is soooo annoying especially when it goes on all day long usually on the weekends mostly and sometimes during the week. I'm surprised none of the neighbors right next door to these people haven't complained unless they're not home ever. I went outside around 8pm to see where it was coming from and it was 3 apts down in the building next to me!! I also could hear some lady yelling at someone or arguing!! Crazy and so horrible that some people just don't care about anyone but themselves. They are smoking weed too outside in their garage it smells horrible and travels through other residents windows!!! I thought this was a drug free environment!!! Most people choose to live here because of it's quiet peaceful atmosphere so I'm not sure what's going on here but I sure hope management is screening new residents thoroughly and hope this beautiful community doesn't become another Euclid OH. UGH!!! Most people want to live in a peaceful environment it's not cool for anyone to come in a destroy people's happiness go somewhere else if you feel the need to be extremely loud for attention sheeesh! Most residents here enjoy their weekends relaxing not hearing your bumping stupid music!!!! Come on new residents do better!!! This isnt Euclid or the projects this is suppose to be an upscale area not an area for thugs and loud music!!! Many of us residents are also very upset about the water bill going up all the time there's no separate meters so how horribly unfair when there's bigger families living in one home compared to only one single occupancy. If someone has leaks or bad toilet our water bill goes up and this is totally unfair. Some get away with breaking rules too while others get warned if they do something they're not suppose to. Not fair at all. Also, some residents are so rude leaving their dogs poop everywhere. Pick up your dad dogs poop that's disgusting. It's expensive here too so things need to change or there's gonna be many moving out.

Had my car broken into in this garage. I repeat I HAD MY CAR BROKEN INTO IN THIS GARAGE. $195 a month. Raised price in the middle of the year. This place is the absolute worst, and I genuinely pray to God it gets demolished, an embarrassing blemish on an already struggling city. Everyone and everything else within the actual apartment building itself is fine and dandy, but the garage is actually that terrible that it should dissuade you from moving here entirely.

Trash is blowing and is EVERYWHERE. It makes you sad to see this, when someone should be picking it up. ALSO, PLEASE install large trash containers in plain sight in all areas to incentivize people and children to walk a little bit farther to throw the trash away properly, instead of tossing it on the ground. Let's collectively care about this place, PLEASE. I pick it up around my area and surrounding areas, even though it's blowing trash. I don't just wait for it to blow farther down. It's called common Sense.....!!! as for staff Drew is a really cool guy & very helpful ...I have not met other staff members yet at office so I can not speak about them on how they are.. ..as far as cleaning in the building..cleaning ladies have been here keeping up with the place in lobby & laundry room/ halls . ..for residents in building I have not met many neighbors yet . . So I can't speak on that on how that is . HOWEVER. .. I have noticed that kids bang in lobby doors coming from other places if they come to visit.. kids ( guest or not ) run around & leave trash or bounce basket balls in lobby in halls. .. where are the parents?? It's not really a major issue but just saying this is why people may see some things & think it's the property not being maintained even though it is. Yes people have dogs n cats here. So yeah dogs bark get over it .. I have a medical dog to alert me when it has to go out or if a person is at my door .. " I lost a portion of my hearing from a injury years ago .".. Pineridge is great They should find out who's kids are leaving the mess & throw basketballs around in lobby & fine that persons or individual resident to teach them responsibility because the call box was just broken..
