Aja scaled back the intensity just a bit so I could make it to work. We work out at 6am two days a week and she is energized and motivated to go every morning so far. What I enjoy most about the sessions with Aja so far is that they are never the same. She focuses on the whole body. And I have not repeated a circuit yet. Every day I look forward to what new challenging move she has in store for me. She incorporates barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, bands, TRX bands, half boso ball, yoga and pilates to name a few.
