Today was my 1st colonic done here. I have had one in the distant past and didn't feel like driving to that location - so I found this one. Place is located on Morris Ave near Union High school. It is located on the 2nd floor of the B side of the complex . Lots of parking. Place was very clean and comfortable . Tsila was very nice , welcoming and informative. I was able to save on my 1st visit by using the Yelp app to pay $75 instead of 90 yay I know that one session won't be enough for me to know if I am benefiting. I will be back for session 2 soon... read more

The way of the world, according to hydrotherapist is usually an enigma to most of the world. Nonetheless, this world exists and is truly beneficial to those who take advantage of this non-traditional form of healing the body of impurities. Simply put, Tsila is knowledgeable, warm, supportive, and without question the best Hydrotherapist in New Jersey! You will not find a better Certified Colon Hydrotherapist that provides individualized care for her clients based on your unique situation. I'm absolutely amazed by this experience and will definitely be coming back. Tsila is very knowledgeable, pleasant, gentle and helpful. She educated me on not drinking enough water as well as not eating enough greens. This is my first time ever getting this done and I'm glad I came here. Her office is clean and a very pleasant environment. She had plenty of paper towels, wipes, a sprayer to rinse yourself off at the end, CLOROX wipes all over the place, poopouri spray and all that's needed she has. This was a very pleasant experience and I do indeed feel less stuffy, bloated and gassy. read more

Colon Hydrotherapy is probably the most powerful natural healing modality you can have. Tsila is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable about health and well-being, naturopathy, herbal Supplementation and her equipment is top of the line the best. I always recommend my own patients and friends and anyone interested in health and well-being to get this therapy. Tsila Can also help with issues regarding diet and nutrition and overall health and well-being. Not sure what else to say except that I highly recommend her practice and I have been seeing her now for the past several months, I have performed many back to back sessions with her. Her pricing is reasonable and well worth it. You cannot replace your health, and the hospital is much more expensive. read more

This place is the best place to get a colonic. Tsila is amazing! So friendly, caring and always makes availability for you even last minute. I've tried a lot of other colonic places in the U.S and nothing compares to the service here. I've been coming here for a couple years now and I am never disappointed. Being a flight attendant my digestion and the toxins I'm exposed to, I come here a couple times a month. I always leave feeling lighter and healthier. Very affordable and worth it. Highly recommend! read more

Tsila was absolutely amazing. I had been in search of a place to start my colonics again and decided to search Yelp. I came across Alist Wellness Center and decided to try as all of the reviews were great and let's just say they didn't disappoint. From the time I entered Tsila met me with a very warm welcome. She took her time to go over everything from medical history to what may be the cause of it. She takes her time to explain everything. The procedure area is extremely clean. The procedure is very easy and painless. She truly is the best. I will be going here on the regular. I would highly recommend if you are looking for someone to take care of your colonic needs. read more

Beyond great place! I first found out about it thru a Groupon deal. And now I'm a regular patient there. The place is not too far from where I live, parking is easy and the office is very nice. She explained everything to me at the first session and stayed in the room with me until I felt comfortable to be left alone. The session lasts about 45 minutes. I always feel so amazing afterwards. I highly recommend this to anyone (if you have no health conditions that prevents you from having this procedure done). After the session the doctor will have you sit in her office for a few minutes and take a probiotics with a glass of water that has liquid Chlorophyll, mint flavor, in it. It's delicious. I ended up buying it on Amazon. One thing however, if you have this procedure done, go straight home afterwards. I made the mistake of booking my doctors appointment an hour later and when I got there, you guessed it, I had to run to the bathroom very bad. So, if you do this colon cleanse, go home and rest for the remainder of the day and hydrate with water. read more

Tsila is truly amazing. From the first time I called to make an appointment she was so quick to get me in especially knowing how much I was suffering and in pain. She always is extremely accomodating and opens up early or stays late when she is able to make sure she can help you. She truly makes the environment such a comfortable setting to be in. She will even provide you with a heating pad which helps make my session even better. She is extremely knowledgeable. I have been to many other places before finding her and will never go anywhere else since then. I travel an hour away and it's worth it! I am so grateful for her. read more
