I've found some really nice stuff here at a decent price. There are two floors of this store, the second of which is only accessible by stairs. The people working here have always been very nice and welcoming, even when they are swamped during the holiday season. I've gone here several times and will return in the future. We sort of had an idea of what we wanted. We were looking for bar stools, and a dining table. When we did need help, we had a wonderful sales woman. We looked at several tables before deciding on one. Which worked in our favor because the bar stool we liked that was on sale for $25 was a match for our table. It ended up being the only one for that price, but hey, beggars can't be choosers in this situation. We just randomly found it on their show room floor for sale. We really love our bar stools, and table. They are very comfortable. My only complaint would be, they could not deliver when we wanted the furniture. It took probably 2 weeks. I wanted the table for Christmas dinner, so no such luck. It showed up 2 days later. I was a little nervous after reading reviews about the delivery on how my table would be put together. It went smooth. I hope if we end up purchasing furniture from here again it goes this smooth. I didn't see couches we liked, of course we do not need one. I love my feather sectional from Rifes.

When we started having issues we went to Ashley's and spoke with them and the lady in the store told us the same thing it would be covered so she gave us a number to call and after 2 hours on the phone with them they first told us it would be covered then after the 2 hours on the phone denied our claim. Will never do business with Ashley's again. I dont like being lied to from two associates that tell us it was covered and they would not fix it. Don't waste your money on the extended warranty or buying furniture unless you want it not to hold up and have to purchase something elsewhere. They need to have all their associates on the same page and sell better quality furniture for the price the charge.

This is the highest quality second-hand store in the area with the fairest prices. They have an exceptional eye for quality and style. Furniture, tools, electronics, outdoor items, asundry items (no clothing) - you name it. I've always left with more than I was looking for because prices and quality were so good. They are not into dickering prices, and that is okay because of the fairness of prices. I have well-furnished my house, and outfitted by shop with their high quality items. Looker Beware! They have a significant turnover of items, so make a decision to buy sooner than later! On the other hand, it is exciting to stop by every couple of weeks to see the many new items. All electronics, power equipment, appliances are thoroughly inspected. The furniture is cleaned and polished. Not only do they HIGHLY undervalue items but they also destroyed property moving furniture out. A 7 foot long scratch was left on a wood floor, with a witness there to see it occur. Their reaction when they were called about it was that we are paying the witness to lie. What business owner reacts this way? So when you go in there and see all the items, remember.....they take advantage of people in their grief, and are extremely unprofessional in all capacities. I would rather donate my things next time to someone grateful for it, rather than someone trying to take advantage and ruin my property without so much as an apology.
