I love this place! In a world of fast food, processed everything and low quality, this place stands above it all. It's a classic take on the American diner, but what I found great was the approach. The home fries were fresh potatoes, no coatings, no grease! The eggs were fresh and fluffy, rye toast was toasted perfectly and delicious. They don't season anything, allowing you to season to taste, which is refreshing these days. On top of it all, what a value for money! The breakfast special included everything but the drink and was only $8.99! Give this spot a try, they are breakfast/lunch mostly, so plan accordingly!

It's nothing fancy, but is a comfortable place. Most of the clients are over 60. The menu has a lot of what I would consider comfort food. Everything seems clean, the server doesn't seem very friendly, but the reason is probably very busy. I ordered an omelet and home fries, they were well seasoned. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

I might be over staring this but my girlfriend absolutely loved this place. Atmosphere is an old dinner feel. Felt clean and very wlecoming. People were really nice and attentive. My food was good but not great. I got the "Breakfast Special" I believe. It came with 2 eggs, a nice peice of ham, and some potatoes. Eggs were cooked perfectly, the ham was what you expect, and potatoe were the same. My girlfriend, and why this is 5*, got the "Country Style Breakfast". It came with 2 eggs, potatoes, and Country fried steak loaded with a delicious gravy. She absolutely loved it and when I told her I was thinking I'd give this place 4* she said absolutely not!!! Sooo... yeah, I listened. Next time I'll try something different like biscuits and gravy. Either way was a fun morning and good for with good service in a nice place. Will be back. 5*

Great small town feel diner with excellent service and tasty food! Service was quick and friendly. I love a place that gives you a refill to go! That's classic service in my book!

I was searching Yelp for a new place to meet my husband for lunch in Mason and found this one. Wow very impressive place to eat! It is a small hometown feeling diner with great service and great food! Almost like a place you would find in a Hallmark movie! We walked in and was greeted by two smiling waitresses. We were properly seated by one of them and told her we've never been here before and asked what she recommended. She did not hesitate and recommend several different dishes. They have lots of a variety to choose from for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. My husband chose the Veggie Omelette with swiss cheese, hash browns, and whole wheat toast. Their omelettes are made with three eggs. It was so big he could only eat half of it. He really liked it. I had their homemade 5 Way Chili and spaghetti. It was so delicious, you could taste the cinnamon in it as well as the heat it was an awesome combination that made the dish really good. Our son got the cheeseburger and fries, he said it was good. We saw other people's orders and they looked really good as well, especially the open faced turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy! All of our orders came out quick and was nice and hot. We recommend this place and will be back!

Thoroughly enjoying these breakfast dishes with my beer flight @The Common Beer Co. Everything was very tasty and seasoned just right. I did prefer the omelet because it was simpler.

Classic American breakfast. Try the goetta, its a local favorite. Its pork and grains pressed together and fried. Yum!

Maybe it was because it was 11am? Who knows. What I do know is that Pillsbury makes better biscuits. Order at the counter, they bring you your food. Dirty tables. Lots of staff. No real excuse. Save your money and hit up First Watch, Wild Eggs, or even Sleepy Bee (with some trepidation). At least you get table service and servings worthy of the cost. Maybe it was a bad day? From the moment I walked in, I knew this wasn't your average breakfast joint. Their {unique-feature} - let's call it the palpable sense of genuine Southern hospitality mixed with a modern, quirky vibe - immediately sets the stage. It's like your cool grandma's kitchen, but with better coffee (more on that later!). But let's talk about the star of the show: the Biscuits n' Gravy. Oh. My. Goodness. Forget everything you think you know about this Southern staple. This was next-level comfort food. The biscuit itself was perfectly fluffy on the inside, slightly crisp on the outside, and had that subtle buttermilk tang that just makes your soul sing. And the gravy? Forget the bland, floury stuff you get at some places. This was a country gravy, rich, savory, and clearly made with love. The flavors were so spot-on, so perfectly balanced, that when the manager asked how I was enjoying my meal, I practically gushed about the flavor profile! He proudly explained that they make it fresh, on-site, every single day. Amazing. Seriously, I even asked for more gravy (and I'm not ashamed!). The chicken was perfectly seasoned and crispy. The welcoming atmosphere is the real deal. It's not just about saying "hello"; it's about making you feel like you're part of the Maple Street family. It's the kind of place where you instantly relax and feel comfortable lingering over your coffee (which, by the way, they have a whole coffee bar with assorted flavors!). The excellent service just seals the deal. From the friendly cashier to the attentive staff refilling my coffee, everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there and eager to make my experience a great one. The manager, especially, was incredibly nice and clearly takes pride in his team and the food they're serving. It's clear they've cultivated a positive and supportive work environment, and that translates directly into the customer experience. For the price, Maple Street Biscuit Company is an absolute steal. Whether you're a couple looking for a cozy brunch spot, a family needing a satisfying and affordable meal, or a die-hard food enthusiast searching for the perfect biscuit, this place delivers. Trust me, folks, this isn't just breakfast; it's an experience. Go. Now. You won't regret it.

Twice I tried to get a waitress's attention (once she looked directly at me and walked away). There was no spoon to stir my coffee at the table or in the rolled-up napkin. So I got up to grab one myself. When I grabbed a spoon from the empty server station, I got a dirty look from the waitress as she started approaching me. I told her I needed a spoon, but she ignored me. She then asked me to check the silverware roll. I told you. And she walked away. The orange juice was okay. Did not taste fresh-squeezed; maybe the oranges aren't good. I guess I'll keep going to greasy spoons: better service, better food, better price.
