Lots of new and used clothing, boots, and whatever else you need. Lots of clearance items that are an additional 50% off and just so much variety. We were shopping for kids stuff and found they had all sizes and styles - so much to choose from. I found the prices to be really reasonable - especially for the many clearance items. The best part was the sales associate, Zero (sp?), who helped us. She was so patient and kind and helped track down items for us to try on, gave great advice, spoke to my daughter (the real client, not me) and was just all around awesome. Thanks! We will be back.

I hesitated to write this review, but it really needs to be put out there so you know in advance what you're getting into here. A couple of months ago, I bought an item online during a good sale for store pickup. When I picked it up, I asked if I would be able to exchange it for a different size if it turned out to be too big. They said yes, but this turned out not to be true, It was a size too big and when I came back for a replacement, they handed me the new one and told me that I had a balance due! Instead of exchanging it like they said they would, they did a return and pretended like I had not already bought and paid for it and the sale was no longer in effect. If you're buying a high ticket item here on sale, watch out. I was tempted to leave the item, but I needed it so I paid the balance and I will never shop here again. You can get a way better deal from the myriad online retailers. This is not how anyone serious does business, including myself in my own business, and they need to take a course or something. You never revoke a sale, especially when it's an item that is size specific and often tack needs to be exchanged. So much for supporting a local business. This is why corporations do better than mom and pop stores.

I pointed out that I had asked for Orchard and she simply said again that this was Timothy. Why did she have me drive an hour in traffic to get there - not to mention I was now going to have to drive another hour home plus find somewhere else to get the still-needed hay. And why go in the back to get the one bag if she knew it wasn't Orchard? From four stars to one in no time flat. Don't waste a customer's time and don't try to trick them into buying something else.

I didn't say anything and just went on with my day because I don't like to complain. The second time, I came back specifically to wash my dog since it had been closed before. Gypsy was my cashier again. She told me the dog wash closed at 6:00 and kept emphasizing that we missed it by 16 minutes. She even took out her phone to show us the time, which felt like she was emphasizing it even more in a rude way. I completely understand that the dog wash closes at 6:00 and would have respected that, but the tone and the way it was said came across as unnecessary and unkind. I really like going to Tractor Supply to wash my dogs and prefer to spend my money there, but after experiencing this twice, it's made me reconsider. .

And, she is does so with quiet joyfulness which is so rare these days. I am also writing a second review to inform pet lovers that Kahoots sells fresh frozen whole quail eggs which my kitty cat loves. My neighbor's dog also loves his quail egg treats which I toss to him and which he gobbles up and, of course asks for more when he comes over to visit. And quail eggs as a treat is healthy which is important to me. I love my little furry friend so much I want him to live as long and be as healthy as possible so he enjoys living. Therefore, I feed him only the healthiest foods. Debi is a gift towards the care and well being of my kitty and aids me wonderfully in giving my kitty only the cleanest, healthiest, non-toxic foods. I went home and fed my guineas and rabbit pellets, and there were so many bugs it was okay though I thought if I came back they could just help me out, note, that guinea pigs and rabbits really shouldn't be outdoor, or at least mine are indoor, so imagine an infestation of bugs in my home, but it's okay I caught it quick. I came to return it they said they'll give me another one but it most likely has bugs too. So I asked if I can get another brand, it was 2 dollars more which I didn't have, and I drove there and back, and they laughed at me and said "lol it's not a big deal it has bugs it's protein" and I said I can't just let the bugs in my home can you not please just help me out. They just laughed. It's okay though. I just realized I've been giving my money , when you can just go a couple miles into another city where service will matter. I'm also taking this matter to social media because it's just not right.
