I did not know there was a place like this in Santa Clarita! I thought I knew all the shops in town! It's got everything for the equestrian in your life. Lots of new and used clothing, boots, and whatever else you need. Lots of clearance items that are an additional 50% off and just so much variety. We were shopping for kids stuff and found they had all sizes and styles - so much to choose from. I found the prices to be really reasonable - especially for the many clearance items. The best part was the sales associate, Zero (sp?), who helped us. She was so patient and kind and helped track down items for us to try on, gave great advice, spoke to my daughter (the real client, not me) and was just all around awesome. Thanks! I absolutely scored at Tried Equestrian! Rebecca was amazing -- so helpful, patient, and really knew her stuff. I ended up with an RJ Classics hunt coat in hunter green (in excellent condition), 4 show shirts (For Horses, 2 RJ Classics, and Essex), 2 Regular Shorts, 4 Tailored Sportsman breeches, and a ROMFH belt -- all new and in perfect shape. Everything even had tags on it except for the coat! All for about $1100. Crazy!!!!! I LOVE this store. Everything in the equestrian world is expensive and this store makes it affordable. It's a great way to try new brands without spending full price. It's very easy to shop with them online or in-store and they have a lot of sales on top on the items that are already discounted. They will also hold items for you. They have a great selection of clothing, used and new with tags. I know they work with equestrian stores that are closing and bring their new products in so they are constantly growing their brand options. They recently just got in For Horses and Dada products (I bought a $900 Dada show jacket for $250). They also have footwear (yes, used boots), tack, and accessories, including saddles, saddle pads, gift items, spurs, spur straps, irons. The lists goes on! I would just caution that you do not go in looking for a very specific brand/style/size because they will not have everything. Taylor and her team is amazing. Most everyone that works there are also equestrians so they are knowledgeable of items and can make great recommendations. They helped dress me for my first horse show. I love that I can go in, try pieces and come out for them to see how it fits or should fit. I have also consigned with them and know that they only take pristine items. If there's a stain or pilling, they will not take it, which is great because you know the used items that they are selling are in great condition. They have a great website for their consigners that shows everything that you have given them with notes on whether they were accepted or not, how much the original price was, how much they are selling it for and when it sold. You can either get credit in store or cash in your Paypal account every month. Overall, I have only had great experiences with this store and the staff. It's always the first place I will check for things before I go to a regular tack store. read more

I took my girls to this store on the off chance they might have what we were looking for. Having been used to most consignment stores looking pretty run down and depressing, we didn't have very high hopes for this one.....luckily we couldn't have been more surprised. This store looks like it sells new items instead of used ones. It's beautifully laid out and organized. The items they had for sale on our visit rivaled all the tack shops I've previously been to that sell high end new merchandise. The staff were very helpful and not pushy at all. We ended up leaving with a beautiful saddle, some other goodies and huge smiles. We are so thankful that this store has opened and is relatively local to us. Wow!! I absolutely love this store! My sister needed show clothes in a pinch for a show the next weekend, but we couldn't afford to spend the normal retail prices.
