Turns out she was trying to manage all if the weddings she booked while vacationing for several months in Europe. I'm all for personal time- but if you can't multitask then hire an assistant to help. Especially when you are handling BIG pieces of the bride's day. I regret not firing her when the mistakes first started because there were red flags from the beginning. I should have listened to my gut. The extra star is for Austin Parent who did my hair and a few others in my wedding party. (He deserves 5 stars actually but there's no way for me to review him). He was AMAZING!!! I didn't initially leave a review but Nicole keeps spamming me asking for one... so here it is. Do not recommend... terrible experience with Nicole. Hire your favorite hair dresser and find someone who does makeup.
