I had the BEST experience at Craft Zone and had to leave a review!…read more My friends and I went to craft there and it ended up being one of the most fun outings we've had in a long time. A huge reason for that was Haley -- she is truly one of the kindest, friendliest people I've ever met. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel so welcome and excited to be there. Haley was caring, compassionate, attentive, and incredibly warm. She helped us with everything we needed and made the whole experience feel easy and fun. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people who come in and wants everyone to have a great time. She honestly made the whole experience so special -- we love her! I LOVED making my phone case and I'm already planning my next visit. I was so impressed by the huge variety of crafts they offer -- from tufting, to Cricut projects, to making small hot pots and so much more. There are so many creative things to try! I will definitely be coming back all the time to craft here. If you're thinking about going, DO IT -- you'll have an amazing time. Thank you Craft Zone and especially Haley for such a wonderful experience!

Crafts Zone Studio was a disappointing experience. Making a bracelet was pretty pricey (if I…read moreremember correctly, the bracelet alone was $20, if not more) and didn't feel worth the cost, especially considering the cheap quality. The experience was somewhat fun, though, with a huge variety of beads to choose from -- almost too much, to the point where it felt like bead-induced stress. You're mostly paying for the experience since the bracelet itself wasn't very durable; my friend's bracelet broke a few days after, and mine did too. I felt disappointed since I wanted something my friend and I could hold on to for a long time (ESPECIALLY since we both spent so much time making it!). Would I splurge on another bracelet-making adventure at Crafts Zone? Probably not. I'd rather not pay top dollar for something that fragile.

Anyone interested in learning wheel-throwing, hand-building or pottery in Japanese should check this place out. If you're a clay artist, you can also join the studio as a general member with access to all of the public space, equipment, glazes and tools. With various levels of membership, you join as a semi-private member where you receive your own storage shelves or a private member where you receive your own space. The studio has tons of wheels, multiple work tables, electric kilns and slab roller. All members and students are required to buy their own clay. Members get 24 hour access allowing for full flexibility especially for artists with jobs. I highly recommend visiting this studio for anyone interested in working with clay-- from beginners taking their first class to serious artists looking for working spaces.

This is a really snotty studio. One illustration, I called to ask about the studio and about their…read moreclasses and one of the "managers" answered. He dismissed my questions putting me off in a truly condescending tone. He said no one there would have the time to show me around the studio and that he himself had classes to teach. Then he informed me that there was a waiting list of 50 or 60 people to get into the studio and in other words, just bug off. He clearly wasn"t going to give me the time of day. Happily, I did bug off. And I was grateful to know what kind of people I would have been dealing with had I not had the heads up he gave me.

This was so much more fun than I anticipated!…read more Sabrina (hostess/art teacher/lovely woman) led us through a fun filled 2 hours of my first ever nude sketching session! She was upbeat, informative, respectful to both the sketchers (us) and the models. Made sure there were no photography during class unless it's through them to make the models comfortable. (takes guts to be nude in front of a bunch of people drinking and looking at you!) She brought out the artistic sides of everyone in the room, guided us through different sketching exercises (1-3-5 minute sketch sessions) so we're busy drawing instead of JUDGING what we were drawing. such helpful tips! I think we were all VERY impressed with our own artworks! I really thought I'd be drawing a little more than stick figures before coming here. I had a blast and this would make any gathering unique, fun and explorative! I had an amazing time!

The staff always have something engaging planned, and it's clear that they put a lot of heart into everything they do. What really stands out to me is how the teachers and Ms. Cecilia treat the children--with so much respect, kindness, and care. My daughter often says she feels like a "grown-up" because of how empowered and supported she feels there. It's truly a place that goes beyond expectations to help little ones grow, feel seen, and gain confidence. As a working parent, it gives me tremendous peace of mind to know that she's in such a nurturing and enriching environment. They even handle school pickups, which has been a huge help. I'm incredibly grateful for the Chickpea team and the joy they bring to my daughter's afternoons.

Drop in hours are 10-1 or 2, it might vary. Best to go by 10 or 11. Drop in play, very nice owner. You can even pack and feed lunch before you leave so baby/tot can nap on the walk home. Pricing is reasonable. This is not a place where kids get a lot of energy out. It's not a gym, this is really imaginative play and crafts, etc. Still very good and also good to interact with other kids.
