He dismissed my questions putting me off in a truly condescending tone. He said no one there would have the time to show me around the studio and that he himself had classes to teach. Then he informed me that there was a waiting list of 50 or 60 people to get into the studio and in other words, just bug off. He clearly wasn"t going to give me the time of day. Happily, I did bug off. And I was grateful to know what kind of people I would have been dealing with had I not had the heads up he gave me.

A huge reason for that was Haley -- she is truly one of the kindest, friendliest people I've ever met. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel so welcome and excited to be there. Haley was caring, compassionate, attentive, and incredibly warm. She helped us with everything we needed and made the whole experience feel easy and fun. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people who come in and wants everyone to have a great time. She honestly made the whole experience so special -- we love her! I LOVED making my phone case and I'm already planning my next visit. They are unavailable by phone, and then they ghost you when you try to communicate with them by email. I have never posted anything negative in my life, but I am so profoundly upset and distraught by my experience, that I had to make certain that I do whatever is possible to spare someone else the same horrible experience.
