Staff are very nice and friendly. There are lots of trees providing shade so it has a magical garden vibe. You don't get the sense of it being an overly commercialized amusement park at all. All the rides are geared towards younger kids like 2-8 yrs old. It is not crowded on weekday and there were no lines for rides. I would gladly pay for these types of parks over spending hours in line at crowded Disney parks any day. It's small and compact so it's an easy walk for kiddos and grandparents, yet large enough that there are enough rides and attractions to spend a whole day. Outside food and drinks are allowed, plenty of covered seating areas. I was surprised to see peacocks, pheasants(in aviary) and rabbits (in the straw 3 Little Pigs house). Bathrooms are clean. There is a splash pad area, bring water play clothes for the kids if you want. Food is reasonably priced. Keep up the great work ! Love this spot PS: Some minor things that could make the experience better : Some of the dolls, statues and animatronics are creepy looking. Lol. The…read morecheck-in process was seamless, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the arcade section looked like a ton a fun. Definitely a great place for a party even if you don't race. The staff provided all of the amenities (mask, helmet, car, safety, etc.) and were very knowledgeable. The cars went quite fast and took turns very well. The laps/duration felt perfectly-timed and the process for waiting for your turn was seamless. They recorded the races via helmet cam and at the end they give you a QR code/email in which you can see the race results. To note: there is NO BUMPING and they can control how fast your car goes. If there is ever an 'incident' they can slow all of the cars down to prevent any injuries. All in all it was a lovely time. I would highly recommend. However, it can be very pricey. I would say 2 laps was just fine for us.
