I recently had such a great experience at Funzilla while celebrating my little cousin's 9th birthday on a Saturday afternoon. We had a private room, which made everything so convenient--we could safely leave our belongings and also enjoy quality time together with family and friends. We shared pizza, juice, cake, and goodie bags in a more intimate setting, which made the celebration feel extra special. The entire facility was impressively clean from start to finish. The pizza was served hot and fresh, and the drinks were perfectly chilled. Most importantly, the kids and adults! We had an amazing time we ran, jumped, climbed, and played nonstop.

It cost around $30 per person for whoever is jumping. All was included except laser tag and virtual reality. The food was reasonable price but not tasty all. The nachos was the best part. The French fries was baked and then sat in a warmer. I paid for cheese fries and they forgot the cheese. I didn't say anything once I realized because ever cheese couldn't help those fries. Pizza was edible but not good. The concession snacks such as soft pretzel and nachos were good. The kids had the absolute time of their life. Add the rock climbing and playground really gave them so many options to choose from that boredom never set in. The staff was very kind and helpful. They let me 4 year climb the rock wall because she told them she was a good climber. The usual minimum age is 6. Which she really is. A good climber I love that!! The staff was empowered to make sure the kids enjoy themselves. There was not staff at the trampoline with a whistle every time a little rule was broken. It felt peaceful for the kids to just be kids. The space is huge. We came on the Wednesday before thanksgiving so it was not crowed at all. I ever got an half an hour in the massage chair. All the kids were sleep in the car on their way home so I'd say this was a great day!!

BEST part : LOTS OF TREES for SHADE !!…read more Well worth the money ($43 includes taxes and fees, online purchase). The park is clean, very well maintained with beautiful landscaping. Staff are very nice and friendly. There are lots of trees providing shade so it has a magical garden vibe. You don't get the sense of it being an overly commercialized amusement park at all. All the rides are geared towards younger kids like 2-8 yrs old. It is not crowded on weekday and there were no lines for rides. I would gladly pay for these types of parks over spending hours in line at crowded Disney parks any day. It's small and compact so it's an easy walk for kiddos and grandparents, yet large enough that there are enough rides and attractions to spend a whole day. Outside food and drinks are allowed, plenty of covered seating areas. I was surprised to see peacocks, pheasants(in aviary) and rabbits (in the straw 3 Little Pigs house). Bathrooms are clean. There is a splash pad area, bring water play clothes for the kids if you want. Food is reasonably priced. Keep up the great work ! Love this spot PS: Some minor things that could make the experience better : Some of the dolls, statues and animatronics are creepy looking. Lol. I hope they consider repainting the expressions or replacing : Mother Goose's eyes Goldilocks Snow White 100 dolls at the gift shop looks haunted lol Little Red Riding Hood

Everyone was friendly and efficient. After a brief orientation, they sent us on our way. Despite the courses being self guided, the harness system made us feel very safe and there was at least one staff member visible at all times in case we needed help. We also did not have any issues with our car/parking. I carried a small fanny pack with my valuables and left a large tote bag at the picnic tables with water and snacks.

Extremely Concerning and Unprofessional Experience…read more I am extremely disappointed and concerned by our experience at Treetop Quest. This was not simply a matter of poor customer service. It involved a child's safety, and the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. One of my campers experienced a serious issue with his harness while he was already on the course. The harness was damaged/broken by a staff member, and when we realized there was a problem, we immediately attempted to get assistance. We repeatedly called for a Blue Shirt staff member for approximately 30 minutes, yet no one came to assist him. Understandably, the camper became frightened and, out of anxiety, removed the harness. When we explained to staff what had happened, we were told that the staff member had not broken the harness and that the camper had simply taken it off. What made the situation even more upsetting was the staff member's demeanor during the conversation. Instead of treating the situation with the seriousness it deserved, the staff member was smiling and appeared completely unconcerned. This is extremely troubling when you are dealing with a child who is participating in an activity where a harness is a critical piece of safety equipment. If a child's safety equipment is damaged while they are on the course, that should immediately become the highest priority, the not something that is dismissed or disputed. We were also told that our camp was being banned and that our camp was somehow responsible for the situation. We were told there was only one staff member available for the entire park at the time, and that staff member was occupied with something else. I understand that employees can have multiple responsibilities, but when a child is reporting a problem with their safety equipment while elevated on a course, helping that child should be treated as an emergency priority. What concerns me most is not just what happened to my camper, but what could happen to another child if the same situation occurs again. Parents and guardians trust facilities like Treetop Quest to properly maintain their equipment, supervise participants, and respond immediately when there is a safety concern. That trust has to be earned through responsible actions, accountability, and transparency. I am sharing this review because I genuinely do not want another child or family to experience what we experienced. I strongly encourage parents, camps, and anyone responsible for bringing children here to ask serious questions about the facility's safety procedures, staff training, equipment inspections, and emergency response before participating. This situation should have been handled with urgency, professionalism, and accountability. Instead, we were left feeling that our camper's safety concerns were not taken seriously. That is completely unacceptable.

She was attentive and helpful from beginning to end. She made the experience wonderful for all the kids. The facility was nice. There were plenty of arcades to keep the kids entertained while they waited to race, plenty of lounge chairs along the race track for parents to watch their kids race, and the food we ordered was decent for this kind of establishment. When it came to paying the bill at the counter, the details weren't listed on the screen but only the remaining balance and suggested tip of 15%, 18% and 20% which i thought was steep because it was based on the subtotal of which was primarily the cost of the racing package and not some kind of service you would typically tip that much for. However, since the hostess was amazing and pretty much did everything for our party, I had intended to tip her $100 cash anyway; so, I paid the 18% tip which was more on top of the $25 service fee(an expense that wasn't apparent until you ask for a detailed bill). Hopefully, the hostess received most of that tip intended for her. Overall, the experience at K1 in Horsham was good and more importantly, the kids had fun.
