Today was a good day for my family as we decided to come to this business. Opened promptly at 12 noon and the attendant at the front counter was nice and polite to us. We filled out the forms and went through a briefing session. From there we were fitted for the helmets and neck brace. My daughter (10 years old) was treated well by the staff at the race course and had a really good time. I gave this place 5 stars due to these factors: 1. politeness will get you far and this is a instance that really impressed me 2. environment is good for bother adults and children. I like the pool tables and arcade machines available so you have other things to do. 3. lots of parking and the location is not in a high traffic area. 4. options are available for different people. I went for the membership because I am positive this will not be my last time here. 5. pricing is good based on days there are different specials everyday. when I went the racing was 10 mins instead of 8mins. I would highly recommend this place be sure you are wearing socks and shoes (no sandals). Also the cubbies available are open so any valuables want to keep those in a safer location or with someone that is not racing since the place is not responsible for lost or stolen items. read more

Went for axe throwing. They are poorly maintained. Dull and no handles. So after some time they were tearing up your hands.

This place is HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I arrived at 4:30pm and purchased the FORZA package which is for 8 riders. It comes with pizza and drinks for $459. I didn't have 8 riders I had 6 so they credit me for 2 rides which was okay but I'll never return! The employees said the pizza was ordered between 4:30-5pm they let me know that this happened earlier to a previous customer and they don't know where the owner orders the pizza from. They accommodated me with a extra lap for the wait. It's now 6:30 and the pizza has arrived and the staff became irate with me going back and forth letting me know that there was nothing they can do about it when I questioned a refund or something else. They also charge me for head wraps that's reusable! In total I paid $500 and wasn't aware until the receipt came to my email with the extra charges!!!! The staff is extremely young and we're very attentive and unprofessional. They sat on their phones and when I asked questions they weren't trying to help solve the problem. fun way to kill some time but that's about it. my boyfriend and i went to go axe throwing, which was set up with a projector screen with different game options. There were targets, ducks, holiday theme, connect four, and tic tac toe. No music, no drinks, barely any food options. No real vibe, but we managed to make it our own. You could throw for 15, 30, or 60 minutes. There was no wait and it was not busy, but as soon as our time was over we were rushed to leave. Staff was friendly and helpful, however. My very first indoor go cart experience! I drove there longer than 2 hours to join an event there. What a fun thing to do on weekends! Price: Somebody paid. So not sure. Cheers! Customer service: Friendly and helpful. I got a big hit from my back at a curb and ... So they had to stop everybody till I got back to the lane. Embarrassing eh. Came here over the weekend with my son who is 16 and had a blast!! Hes never done go kart racing and he loved it! Staff was amazing, upbeat, and love their job. They are extremely big on safety which I liked alot! Just like every other entertainment place it can get busy at times, but theres other stuff to do there while you wait, like Virtual simulators, Ax throwing (my favorite), air hockey, arcades, and even Jenga so your never bored. You can even go out on the post and watch the racers as well. My son and I had such a great time. We will definitely be back with more friends!!! read more

Why is this place so damn far away, and why does Philadelphia not have a place for racing addicts to inexpensively vent some road rage? The idea of an indoor go-karting track is awesome, and this one is run very well. There are lots of options for all different types of racers- If you're just killing time and having fun, you can show up on a weekend and have a blast. If you're a little more serious about driving, you can come on a wednesday and race until your arms go numb for $50. The organized events are fun, reasonably priced and well managed. The karts are mostly consistent, and they give you a printout of all of your race data and lap times. My only gripe is that their projector that shows your lap times during the race is impossible to read while you're driving, and I wish the track was a bit bigger. Came here for a team building work event. The service is really friendly. They give you a mini safety prep talk before you get on the track. 8 minutes for a run on the track. Afterwards you get a print out of your stats like lap time, place, etc. This is my first time on a legit go kart track. I've been on the kiddy ones in amusement parks a couple times but this one is legit. The kart goes up to 35mph, so it's pretty fast. Those turns are a killer. I think it was $25 for each of us but it's because we got membership with that and one more free run. So basically that time we each got 2 runs and membership..not bad! This place is kind of hard to find though. We were in an uber and got lost multiple times coming from wilmington. The place is kind of in the back of a shopping center so it looks real shady when you turn in. read more

My family and I were visiting Delaware and looking for something fun to do on a Saturday afternoon. We called first and the manager let us know it was a little wait for the go karts. Since we were looking at the axe throwing activity so they let us know there was no wait foe that right now. When we got there the staff was very friendly and since we were the only people there for axe throwing they let us practice awhile before starting our time. I even saw them giving out complimentary pizza for large parties having to wait a larger then normal to ride the go karts We will definitely go back next time in Delaware. read more

So why are the employees not wearing masks ? You have signs for customers but employees don't follow rules? Did two rounds with kids. Second round my kids car kept stopping. I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share with others the experience I had today. I went with my husband and 2 kids today. As soon as the owner noticed that one employee made a mistake with the turns, he took care of it immediately and respected our turn in the line. While my daughter was driving, she had an accident because she was driving too fast. She got scared and didn't want to continue, so both of us left the area. The owner Bill not only took care of my daughter and offered ice, but then gave us a reimbursement for both. He was really concerned and provided the best customer service ever! I would give this place 10 stars if I could, not only that the place is great but also the owner is a wonderful human being! read more

This place was okay. Have my son that I suppose is an in betweener. The first run I was able to go with my 2 kids I just paid for one run myself. The other times. There was a run for younger group and because of my sons age, they placed him in an aggressive group. He is young and an amateur racer for that matter. He kept saying that he felt like he was in a piranha pit. I asked the front desk if they could just place him with his brother but he said his group was too young for a rider of his age. And I even asked about his experience b c my son didn't have any and the front desk still had him set in the group with riders that were too fast and just bumping him all around. $20 bucks for a go kart ride may seem a little high in price but trust me it's worth it. My Dad wanted to come here the first week after he retired. I was pretty shocked and said "what the heck". I figured he would have wanted to go south towards the beach. These go karts blow those ones away. These are no kiddie karts here let me tell you. You have to take a quick debriefing the first time you come here as these karts move pretty damn quickly (up to 50mph). I was actually kinda winded after a quick session here. It was the middle of the week early in the day and there were just a few other people here with their kids. They will not allow kids and adults to race together so be aware of that if you come here as a family. Dad and I were the only adults so we had the whole track to ourselves and we had a blast. Went in and at first the staff was polite and all was going well. It was not too busy when we first got there and soon became very busy. We purchased the 3 race pkg and it turned out to be 40 minutes between race 1 and 2. We waited an hour for race 3 and finally went to staff. They said they'd forgotten us but would be next. Watched them call another group ahead of us and I went back to staff and asked what happened to "next". His answer was"I didn't say next" and said they were a reserved time and we will be next. No apology. First ... be honest and second... I don't mind waiting(obviously) if I'm told the truth. It's always busy and that's ok but keep an eye on them. read more

Mixed feelings on this place. While I did have a good time racing here with my father and brother, only having one track to race on got a bit boring. We were supposed to have a safety class, that never happened which was fine as I have had the flagging system explained at other tracks and the fact that the guy running the races didn't care about flags or really much else. The place is great - owner is super helpful - and the track/carts are a blast!! Much faster than I imagined - 1000 times better than any 'amusement park' carts. Had a team building event here for work and it was a lot of fun! Everyone got a chance to get their need for speed, plus there were some great team building events. Working in two person teams, they had to move the ball around the track. Not only was it fun to watch, but it really hit home the point about working together. Went back to MAGP for the first time in a few months last night and was thoroughly impressed. We've had many good experiences here and one not so good one, but a business can't be defined by one bad time. Since our last visit, they've added new and (in my opinion) improved go karts which feel like they're all equally competitive with each other. One complaint before was that some of the carts just felt like they were on their way out, and that is no longer an issue. To an experienced driver, some carts might feel a bit different than others, but the great part is that the lap times turn out nearly identical. No matter what number you're given, you can have a competitive race. The customer service was great last night as well. The guys helping out on track were very quick to pick out anyone who was driving like a jerk, but still let us race hard and competitive. For example, when I attempted an aggressive pass on the inside, I got a warning, basically just saying "don't do it again", and was able to race like nothing happened. When one of the other guys we were on track with blatantly wrecked me for no apparent reason, he was pulled into the pits for that race. Major props to the staff for discerning between hard racing and being a jackass. Go karts cost some pretty serious money, and it's senseless to let someone abuse them for no reason. Another thing we've noticed over our visits to MAGP is that Bill, the owner of the facility, is about as involved and dedicated to his business as possible. He's always been available for a chat and interested in his racers, and after my group of friends had a bad experience at the track, he took the time to reach out to us personally and try to make things better. We were a group of 5 of his thousands of racers, and to care that much about your individual customers is something not many business owners do these days. In summary (because I've rambled enough) MAGP is a great track for anyone, even the kids there seemed to love it, but it's especially appealing to the racer types. 3 of the 4 people in my group last night love racing and were able to really attack the track looking for a fast time. By the end of the night we were able to get the one person who didn't know a thing about racing down into the low/mid 22 second range for her fast laps, which speaks to how approachable the track is as well. A little something for everyone! The track is good enough that we're willing to drive 2 hours from Pennsylvania to race, even though there are plenty of tracks much closer. Give them a try! The Wednesday night special is great as well, $50 for 5 hours of unlimited racing, and we've always gotten in 8 or 9 races. That's only 6 or 7 dollars for an 8 minute race, which is unheard of. read more

Nice place, friendly staff, clean and the karts are nice. I wish there were more kids in the 8-10 year old range; but, it is a holiday weekend. It is worth the trip. Update: Took a second trip there on Sunday July 31. This time, there were more kids. More 8-10 year olds meant more fun for my sons. I did 4 races myself and had a blast. Nice group of adults. Just competitive enough to be interesting and not so serious that everyone could not have fun. Got into the low 22 second lap times. Need to come back to try to better my times. Again, all the staff we polite and friendly. I would recommend it for a family outing or a fun day for the kids. One thing that might be nice to offer is training sessions for racers (It may be offered, I did not ask.) I know that myself and my sons are interested in how to be faster. read more

Best place in Delaware to go go karting hands down. The people are nice the track is not super easy and the deals/prices are alsome! Plus the fun doesn't end there they have 2 pool tables and a bunch of arcade games. I go almost every Tuesday night and with a membership (once a year $25) I get the $20 40 lap enduro race. And trust me on this when you start you get addicted to the rush of flying around the track like you are a f1 driver! This place is great for kids teens and adults. My son recently attended a birthday party here and he loved it! He keeps begging me to bring him back. My younger song who is autistic could not race had fun playing air hockey with the woman working ( i think he has a crush!) I'd love to bring both my boys back to race but don't think they have karts to accommodate my youngest son, It looks like a fun experience.
