I have been going here for years and absolutely love this place! The employees go way over and beyond to help me out with all of my projects that need to be mailed on the daily. This is by far the best place to send packages off at. The mail stop is so clean and the employees are so welcoming. I've never had a problem shipping from this location and they have always given me a tracking number for my packages. They also do notaries which is super convenient! read more

This place is a disaster. Every time I go the staff is unprofessional. They are lounging around, they are eating at counter and are rude. The last time they asked me to take my own package and put it in the stack. Management should be embarrassed by their behavior. read more

Went in there to drop off a package. Worker was very rude. She was not trying to help me. Try to start an argument with me because she needed me to carry the box to the back. Which was not a problem. but when I asked for the supervisor information, she told me they do not have a supervisor and if I need any information I will need to look it up on the Internet because I asked for a supervisor. She turned around and said we have cameras, and I said excuse me, what does cameras have to do with me asking for a supervisor information. When I left, I realized that I did not have a tracking number when I went back to the store she told me that FedEx had already picked up the boxes when I looked back there. My box was the only one left. Therefore she did not let them pick up my box. I am glad I went back to get a tracking number she did not scan my box the first time I came in. She just wanted to pick an argument because we were in there by ourselves. Know telling what she would've done with my box and it was stuff that belongs to the hospital. I ask her her name an I feel like she gave me a fake name. read more

Wish there was a 0 stars for ratings! Dropped off a package on the 15th of December and it was not given to Bryan Texas FedEx until the 27th. Called to ask about the issue, was treated like a pariah by a rude young lady that informed me that they were useless as a drop off place, even though they are authorized for this service, and she encouraged me to complain, for all the good it would do me. I finally just hung up on her rather than hear her rude tirade. I told her she had an attitude, "yes" she said, "I do"! Never been treated like this. I will never go to this location for anything in the future and will encourage my neighbors and friends to avoid all contact with this office! read more

We walked into this location greeted by a sign that says something like "For the courtesy of our employees and other customers in line, please do not be on your cell phone while waiting". We read that sign only to end up waiting for the only employee there to continue her personal phone call on her cell phone. The employee stopped talking to ask us what we needed, and then told us to wait a little longer for her to finish her call. We were the only customers there until another walked in, saw what was going on and left almost immediately. We left right behind her. It's disappointing to watch work ethics like this become almost normal in society today. That location just became a no-go and will be mentioned as such in convo's on the topic. read more

Honestly don't waste your time here. The two employees working here one young girl and one older woman have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The young girl complained about having to do her own job. Then proceeded to talk under her breathe right in-front of me, roll her eyes and slammed my packages around. The older woman was slightly helpful but just as rude and slammed my packages around. They simply do not care how they treat anyone who walks in there. read more

I used to like this place when there was 2 other employees that really tried hard to help. The last time i was there, they had a new employee ( young lady with horrible attitude ) that even if you asked questions she'd roll her eyes at you. She had a passive aggressive attitude. She needs some serious training in customer service. read more
