Tuesday came and went, no call or email. I emailed several times and called to have Darryl call me back. No response. I finally got a hold of him one week later and informed him that I was going to use someone else who would be interested in our business, his quick response, "Ok!". Very bad business behavior. Based on that representation, I sent payment immediately. Unfortunately, no one showed up, and I received no communication for hours until I followed up myself. After that, I was given multiple inconsistent explanations for the delay (other projects, truck issues, weather). The lack of internal communication and shifting reasons caused significant concern. Although a portion of the installation was later completed, there was no walkthrough, no review, and no confirmation before the technician left. When I ultimately decided not to move forward due to the repeated communication failures, I was sent an invoice claiming I still owed money. That response further solidified my decision to discontinue the project. Delays can happen in any industry but transparency, accountability, and consistent communication are critical. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I cannot recommend this company based on how this situation was handled.
