Based on that representation, I sent payment immediately. Unfortunately, no one showed up, and I received no communication for hours until I followed up myself. After that, I was given multiple inconsistent explanations for the delay (other projects, truck issues, weather). The lack of internal communication and shifting reasons caused significant concern. Although a portion of the installation was later completed, there was no walkthrough, no review, and no confirmation before the technician left. When I ultimately decided not to move forward due to the repeated communication failures, I was sent an invoice claiming I still owed money. That response further solidified my decision to discontinue the project. Delays can happen in any industry but transparency, accountability, and consistent communication are critical. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I cannot recommend this company based on how this situation was handled.

They install signs and offered me that service. I told him I wanted to do it myself, so he added grommets and gave me the big zip ties to zip tie it to the fence and gave me advice about that. I really appreciated the good service and the information I learned a lot if you need signs, you need to go there now.

There were a few issues with our sign; crooked letters and issues with straightness. So we contacted them to reach a resolution. It took months to get them back out to our business to even look at our issues.Micah then said he would fix our issues for us and we haven't heard from them since after repeated emails.
