There wasn't an option to choose or correct the color, and what we received did not match the school colors at all. The T-shirts themselves were also not very good quality. I had a very disappointing experience with The Custom Sign Haus…read more I submitted a $438.32 deposit via Zelle in good faith after being told they could complete my signage installation the same day and be onsite within an hour. Based on that representation, I sent payment immediately. Unfortunately, no one showed up, and I received no communication for hours until I followed up myself. After that, I was given multiple inconsistent explanations for the delay (other projects, truck issues, weather). The lack of internal communication and shifting reasons caused significant concern. Although a portion of the installation was later completed, there was no walkthrough, no review, and no confirmation before the technician left. When I ultimately decided not to move forward due to the repeated communication failures, I was sent an invoice claiming I still owed money. That response further solidified my decision to discontinue the project. Delays can happen in any industry but transparency, accountability, and consistent communication are critical. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I cannot recommend this company based on how this situation was handled.
