We had a specific vision for the logo, and Philip and his team brought it to life well exceeding any expectations we had. This van is so stunning and grabs the attention of people on a daily basis. We are continuously stopped so people can ask us about what we do. Through the flawless work of Fast Signs store 151, Philip and team is helping get the word out about rescuing dogs from the streets of Houston. Without this exceptional work, we would not be nearly as successful in our mission. My deepest and most sincere thanks goes to Philip and his entire team. They will continue to be our go to as we grow and add more vehicles to our fleet.

Philip dodd The Owner made the signs in a hurry. took a photo off of Google Earth marked out my property on it mark the street Everything came out great. They install signs and offered me that service. I told him I wanted to do it myself, so he added grommets and gave me the big zip ties to zip tie it to the fence and gave me advice about that. I really appreciated the good service and the information I learned a lot if you need signs, you need to go there now.

I reached out to Fast Signs Conroe on 8/28 for quotes on an exterior signage project I wanted to…read moretackle at work & a couple of smaller projects. I finally heard back from someone for an estimate on 9/08 (2 weeks later). I explained the larger project & we agreed that a site visit to walk the grounds would be most beneficial. Site visit was completed on 9/20/23 with a promise to return project estimates soon. I never heard from Fast Signs again & completed this project with another vendor in early Nov. '23. Based on my experience with them, communication & follow-up are awful at Fast Signs. Estimates shouldn't take weeks to return & businesses who ghost customers definitely qualify for 1 star reviews.

I would be very cautious about working with these guys! I had a terrible experience from top to…read morebottom with this location of FastSigns! I was referred to these guys by a colleague and since I don't know signs, I trusted them to be the sign experts and give me a great sign. They used the criteria for my area and came up with a sign that was much smaller than all of my neighbors in the building! They said the criteria for that area restricted anything bigger...but clearly my landlord is okay with exceeding the size since EVERY ONE OF MY NEIGHBORS has a much bigger sign! A simple follow up by having me ask my landlord or approaching my landlord themselves would have fixed this problem but there was no follow through on their part! In addition to a sign I don't like, the service I got was abysmal. They were suppose to come on a Friday, but called me Thursday evening and said they would not be able to come. My electricians showed up on Friday to wire the sign and it took me 2 hours to get a hold of someone to let my electricians know how they want the sign wired for power. Finally when they show up on Monday they tell me the wiring is done incorrectly! Um... my electricians did exactly what your people told them to do! They had to come back a second day to finish the sign and I get a call at 7am and said they can't make it by 9am and it will be sometime in the afternoon when someone can come. GROSS INCOMPETENCE! Professionalism dictates if your people drop the ball, atleast you would communicate effectively to your client. I will note, everyone I dealt with here was very friendly...but not helpful. The owner offered a dozen apologies but no attempt to fix a bad experience. I had additional billables by the electricians who had to come out again to re-wire the sign and I had broken ceiling tiles from FastSigns staff and no willingness to compensate me. With it all said and done, I overpaid for a sign I don't like. I really wish I micromanaged these guys. They are NOT the sign experts. Just a rag tag family business that's made a lot of money over the years and is now complacent and don't care about their customers. My colleague who referred me said its a shame, he'll never send anymore business their way and neither will I. Good riddance... UPDATE: In response to the comment by the owner below he is omitting quite a few details. The owner DID offer to pay for damages but it was was pennies compared to the actual cost and the owner did not offer to pay for the overages I had to pay the electricians. You mentioned it was on me that I tried to bring in the electricians to help expedite but I wouldn't have had to if your staff properly communicated with each other instead of the constant back and forth that lead to repeated visits to the site. The rain? That was merely one day and the rain was going to start in the evening and the installer said its going to take 2 days anyway so lets call it early today and I'll come back to finish... which is where Day 2 of the problems I had with you all came into effect. In the end, I ended up paying something in the ball park of 9-9.5k of goods and services from you and ended up paying 11.5-12k due to all the overages and damages so yes I am angry and I don't want the owners apologies, because it isn't worth anything.

I had a very disappointing experience with The Custom Sign Haus…read more I submitted a $438.32 deposit via Zelle in good faith after being told they could complete my signage installation the same day and be onsite within an hour. Based on that representation, I sent payment immediately. Unfortunately, no one showed up, and I received no communication for hours until I followed up myself. After that, I was given multiple inconsistent explanations for the delay (other projects, truck issues, weather). The lack of internal communication and shifting reasons caused significant concern. Although a portion of the installation was later completed, there was no walkthrough, no review, and no confirmation before the technician left. When I ultimately decided not to move forward due to the repeated communication failures, I was sent an invoice claiming I still owed money. That response further solidified my decision to discontinue the project. Delays can happen in any industry but transparency, accountability, and consistent communication are critical. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I cannot recommend this company based on how this situation was handled.
