Since we were…read morerelocating across the country, the goal was to have the house professionally cleaned while we were traveling so we could arrive to a fresh start. Scheduling and communication went smoothly, and the team completed the initial visit as planned. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the quality and thoroughness of the cleaning. Several areas appeared to have been missed entirely, including the refrigerator, shower doors, light fixtures, and portions of the flooring. There was still noticeable dust throughout the house, soap residue in the showers, mildew in the shower tracks, and even hair left in the drains. To their credit, the company did send cleaners back out after we raised our concerns, and the staff were polite and acknowledged the missed items. However, even after the second visit, we continued finding areas that had not been properly cleaned the first time -- including underneath toilet seats, shower glass tracks, and bathroom surfaces that still had soap buildup remaining. Overall, the service did not meet our expectations for a deep cleaning, especially given the cost. At this point, we will need to hire another cleaning service to properly redo the bathrooms at the very least.
