From the first stay, I could tell they actually understand dogs, not just watch them. He came back relaxed, clean, and acting like himself, which says everything. The communication was solid, and I didn't have to chase anyone for updates. Place is clean, staff is friendly, and more importantly, they know what they're doing. I trust them with my dog, and that's not something I say lightly.

I've been bringing my dogs here for years first my late dog, and now my current miniature schnauzer. If you look back at my previous review photos, you'll see the PERFECT schnauzer cut they used to do. Consistent. Professional. Distinguished little gentleman energy. Recently though, scheduling became nearly impossible. Every conversation sounded like: "Let me confirm if our groomer is actually working that day..." After weeks of trying to coordinate schedules, my schnauzer's hair got longer than ever. He loves wearing shirts, so yes, he had some matting. I paid extra for de-matting and gave very clear instructions: shave the skirt, but keep a full beard along with his chest and paws fluffy. Y'all... when I picked him up, I genuinely did not recognize my own dog. He walked in looking like a miniature schnauzer and walked out looking like a scrappy chihuahua named Peanut. They shaved EVERYTHING. His entire body, his face, even his whiskers. HIS WHISKERS. WTF. I know hair grows back and thankfully it's summer, but I honestly felt bad for him. As someone with longer hair myself, if somebody sat me down and buzzed me to the skin without warning, I'd probably need emotional support and a hoodie for a month. My dog still seems happy and unbothered, but I'm traumatized enough for both of us. After years of loyalty, this was incredibly disappointing and totally unacceptable. We will never come back..

Run away they abuse animals by dragging them across the room by their neck collars they allow dogs to jump each other and say it is about setting relationships among dogs. My dog was bit by an aggressive dog they knew had issues but was in a room with over 20 dogs. She has a whole in her side now. Did not offer to pay for her bills much less the trauma. Then decided to try to find a reason to blame my dog for getting bit. It's just simply sad that they are so incapable of doing their job effectively and putting peoples pets in harms way. I said sure and continued to fill out paperwork. Not moments later I hear my dog crying. The lady is now walking around the lobby. She took my dog and put him in a crate in the back, near grooming. Why? I was only filling out paperwork there were no rules saying that my dog couldn't be with me while I did so. I asked her to give my dog back immediately. She did, and I explained his history. I previously told her over the phone when making the appointment that I didn't want him being stuck in a kennel like they were going to do at another establishment for hours on end. She told me that he would be able to be in daycare while he waited for his haircut. The haircut was just fine. Nothing special about it. I'm ok with it. Not happy I can't watch to see what's happening and how he is being handled. They did however overcharge me for it, after we spoke on the phone and I received a quote. When I asked why I was being overcharged they said that's how much the haircut was. Then I get a call half an hour later saying they made a mistake and they were refunding me the difference. Please get it together. I watched my pup on the webcam while he did nothing in "daycare". That room was so boring I was falling asleep. I watched all three rooms, employees are standing around doing nothing with the dogs. Just simply a warm body, I'm not sure what your practices are, maybe they don't play with the dogs and they're just a referee to make sure nothing happens but I could not justify paying daycare in the future for literally no actual "care" provided or fun at all. Zero fun. I did watch another dog stress my dog out with constant jumping. The daycare attendant intervened twice out of the six times I watch that dog harassed my pup. Not impressed with services here, I'm not sorry to say I will not be back. Maybe this works for you but I expect more.

Anyway... the store smelled great. Just like home. As soon as I walked in i saw the grooming salon; I was quite thrilled considering that I was long overdue. Turns out they only cut animal hairs, not humans. Oh well. So we went to look at the cats . Cute cats. Very playful. Okay. Anyway. On to the reptiles not too many reptiles. And I don't think a crab is a reptile.. perhaps I'm wrong. Nope, a crap isn't a reptile. Ok the hamsters were pretty cute. That's it. Pretty high prices.. I wish they had more animals, like monkeys or giraffe and tigers and an elephant. Sounds like I need a zoo. Might as well just go back to my home where I have all those things

I said I'm good. Just need to check out. She said it again and it is store policy so I asked to see the policy. The lady at the check out was extremely rude. I will never go there again. Common sense doesn't exist if they think that I needed to follow a law print when no one was in line.
