The price is affordable, the food was PLENTY, and the flavors were bursting. Very nice clean friendly place. Food was very good. HUGE menu of options. I had the BBQ Brisket Mac it was very good. I was expecting the standard version I've gotten at various BBQ joints. Mac soaked in cheese with some brisket tossed in and squirt of BBQ sauce on top. This was not how they make it. This was more like a vegetable sweet n sour stir fry with Mac on top and then melted cheese on top of that serve in a hot iron skillet. You can also get it in a burrito or pizza form with other protein choices. My only recommendation is Staff was very friendly and talkative so ask questions when ordering cuz it's likely not what you've had before. Always looking for local and interesting, we stopped and ate in on our way to camping at Frontenac State park. The BBQ Mac with brisket was really good. Served in a cast iron dish, our orders were cooked in the pizza oven and arrived with the cheese on top all melty. My spouse had the Pizza Mac and said it was also good. Neither of us had leftovers. The staff were friendly and checked in a couple times to make sure everything was good. There are tables outside that would nice on a warmer day. I'd definitely eat here again. read more

On the weekends, they are open until 3 am. Very friendly staff. Very large menu. We were the only people there about midnight on a Sat night. My dining partner had a grilled cheese sandwich that had macaroni and brisket on it and came with chips. I had buffalo traditional wing. I think they put the spicy Buffalo sauce on them as my lips were on fire. They were very good. It's exactly that- all the best supreme pizza toppings mixed with cavatappi noodles and cheese. The dish was enormous- enough for leftovers! The ordering process for pickup is so smooth. There's an online order system but I called in. They offer curbside pickup. It looks like there a couple of seats outdoors to enjoy your delicious meal (unsure about inside). You'd never guess that Let Me Cheese U would have such great vegan options. Located in a stripmall with a Subway, Let Me Cheese U makes custom mac & cheeses along with pizza and sandwiches. We got a mac & cheese made with vegan Follow Your Heart cheddar ($10) and loved it: it was savory and deeply satisfying. We also had a 10" pizza made with vegan Violife mozzarella and Beyond sausage ($15); the crust on this pizza was perfectly crispy and airy and the Violife cheese melted and tasted great. It's rare for a place in a town this small to have so many vegan options, let alone multiple brands of vegan cheese. My only tiny complaint, and it's a minor one, is that the menu is confusing. You can basically get anything you want, custom-made, but the menu isn't super clear and the varieties and brands of vegan options aren't listed. But, again, that's a quibble considering how great the food is here. If you happen to be in Red Wing, stop by Let Me Cheese for a wonderful meal. read more

Great place to grab something cheesy! Average prices, great quality food and friendly staff. Everything was fresh, they didn't skimp on the food portions nor the quantity of cheese. The meats were delicious. We really enjoyed how everything is tossed in the pizza oven to cook it all together as it added a better flavor and we were in and out within a few minutes. All the employees are super helpful with telling you their favorites and how everything works if it's your first time there. This place is for sure a grab and go place but there are a few tables as well if you want to sit there and eat along with a table outside too. My boyfriend got the gyros and they were buy one get one half off and they're $12. They were large portions and came with chips that were delicious. I think old bay might of been seasoned on them? I got the Philly Mac and cheese and it was amazing. Literally the best Mac and cheese I've ever had. It was so cheesy and gooey but felt so homemade and stick to your bones thick. In our group we had 2 of the gourmet macaroni & cheese, 1 sandwich, 1 order of wings & 1 pizza. The wings had a delicious smoky flavor! This is a must stop in red wing. The smokehouse pizza was amazing!! They smoke there own brisket and chicken and the pizza is the best bbq pizza I have ever had. Everyone loves Mac and cheese but the different combinations they have created are amazing. They are the Michelangelo of Mac and cheese.
