As someone who isn't typically a spray tan girl, that gave me a lot of peace of mind. I booked her bridal package, which included a trial tan and my wedding tan. From my very first appointment, I was impressed. Her salon suite was clean, organized, and welcoming. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process, aftercare, and what to expect, and even checked in the next day to see how my tan had developed. Together we decided to go a shade darker for the wedding. The real reason I'm writing this review, though, is because of the incredible care Sara showed the day before I left for my destination wedding. In the middle of all the wedding chaos, I completely forgot the loose outfit I had planned to wear home after my spray tan. Sara was concerned my clothing would leave marks, so she kindly let me borrow one of her robes. Then we realized it was pouring rain and wasn't stopping anytime soon. What happened next is something I'll never forget. Sara gathered towels, covered my feet, and when she realized my car wasn't nearby, she personally went out into the pouring rain, brought my car up to the covered entrance, wiped down the wet seat, and helped me get inside without a single drop of water touching my fresh tan. By the end, she was completely soaked herself. I've honestly never experienced customer service like that before. Sara wasn't just providing a service--she genuinely cared about me, my wedding, and making sure everything turned out perfectly. My spray tan looked beautiful, but what I'll remember most is how cared for I felt. If you're considering booking with Alelier Tan, don't hesitate. I had a friends wedding to attend recently and I wanted color quick. Being that I now live in Pompano, I went to this location. The tanning bed was fine, it did what I came there for, but my only complaint would be the girl who was working up front. She mentioned one of the tanning packages, and I said "No thank you, I probably shouldn't even be here because both of my parents had skin cancer.".. instead of her saying "I completely understand." She continued to try and sell me a tanning package. UPDATE: The owner reached out and rectified the situation. She took the time to educate her staff about this matter, and how to go about sensitive topics. Great ownership and leader!

They have a policy where you can use any of their locations which was a treat as my home is almost an hour away. I saw the reviews on Yelp, and I went to the website to try to book. I was able to start the process and then wasn't sure how to book more than 1 person. I had put in my name and cell, and figured I would call in the morning to try to get in touch. 10 minutes later the owner of the salon, Dey, texted me to see if she could help me with my appointments. In under 5 minutes she responded again to tell me I had 3 mani/pedis at noon the next day. We walked in and were promptly greeted by friendly staff. The girls were brought to their pedicure chairs immediately and mine was available a few minutes later. The process was amazing - they do the mani and the pedi at the same time - 2 nail techs working on your services. Needless to say, I've never experienced anything like it! Our nails were amazing, and the nail techs did a fantastic job. From start to finish - this experience was truly outstanding - WOW !!
