He was fast setting an appointment time with me and was able to take care of me right away. When I made my appointment with Allen, he was very polite on the phone and answered all my questions. Based on the other reviews, it did seem like his personal phone but I didn't see an issue with that. Setting up the appointment was easy, finding the place was a little difficult. The receptionist (Allen's wife) also said many people have trouble finding the location. The plaza building that the office is in is very old and doesn't seem very clean. It could use a renovation. Then when I entered there office it's just one big white room with 3 lounger chairs (almost patio style chairs). The door was wide open so the whole time I was doing the whitening everyone walking by in the hallway could see me which was a bit uncomfortable. Allen's wife explained the process to me but it was me doing most of the work (putting the mouth piece in) then applying whitening serum with the pen. Cleaning off the hydrogen peroxide with Kleenex. Allen's wife basically handed me supplies, pushed the machine on and that's about it. I suppose I should've asked him more questions because I imagined it to be like an in office visit or the zoom kit I had watched videos about where they cleaned your teeth thoroughly first, put vitamin e oil on your lips so they don't crack. I think she may have offered the girl 2 seats down from me vitamin e oil but I couldn't move so I couldn't see for sure. They were speaking a different language the whole time. I will say I didn't see an obvious result right after but the next day I did. Also Allen and his wife were very polite the whole time. These people are scamming people. They advertise on Groupon and then do not accept Groupon once you get there. This place is owned by a couple who claim to be husband and wife. The husband or male who claims to be the owner verbally attacked me, screaming at me, then as he was screaming at me he came closer to me and I thought he was going to hit me. Over $9.00, he quoted me $50 which is what he charged my girlfriend which I why I drove all the way there, then why I got there he lied and said he never said that price. I honestly think he is very unstable and dangerous, I was begging him to stop attacking me and he refused until his wife yelled at him a few times and then she is honoring the price I said he gave me. After I left I heard them screaming at each other. Had they allowed me to use the Groupon they are using to lure people in there, I would have saved $10. And they don't do much except hand you the stuff to apply to your teeth and they sit there while a light is on your face. They don't even have a working tv so that you can watch it while you sit there. I warn everyone to not go there. I honestly think these people are dangerous scammers. read more

Make sure that you call before buying the GROUPON, because I believe that they are still closed due to COVID. I purchased the GROUPON, but when I called, it went straight to an automated message saying that they are still closed. So check on that before spending the 72 dollars. read more

Very unprofessional service. The owner answers the phone as if it's his personal cell, and proceeded to make me an appointment. When calling to reschedule, the woman who picked up (owners wife) had a very thick accent and I was having trouble understanding her. She asked to call me back in 5 minutes which was fine, however the owner ended up returning my call, raising his voice, and aggressively telling me to call Groupon to get my money back. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend coming here for any sort of cosmetic procedure. read more

Allen was a pleasure from the moment I booked my appointment. He was attentive and caring, explained everything and even joked with my 9 year old as she waited for me. I highly recommend Teeth whitening Pros, my teeth were 7 shades lighter by the time I left. But a little tip, don't brush your teeth just before your appointment, as Allen explained it could cause a little discomfort, but it was very temporary. We called last night to schedule an appointment and he wouldn't let us even get a word in and then yelled that he's closed. I found an amazing deal on Groupon and contacted the owner, Allen, who was immediately responsive. Got an appt for myself and my husband that same morning. He was informative, let me know in detail what to expect, and allowed me to bring my children along to sit in the room with us. If you follow his directions, you won't get lost at all. Building is a little old, but their office is very clean and comfortable. Lovely Woman greeted us, got us all set up and explained the procedure. No pain, immediately saw results after the first round, and amazed after all 3 rounds. Allen came in to introduce himself and make sure we were comfortable. I had an appointment scheduled with him but when an emergency came up he wouldn't let me reschedule? Started saying I would have to pay a cancelation fee?? I wasn't trying to cancel! I made appointments for myself and my husband to have our teeth whitened together. The morning of our appointment, the babysitter cancelled. I called the owner at 9am to see if we could have our appointments back to back or reschedule one of the appointments because the babysitter cancelled. The owner started YELLING that our life circumstances are not his problem and that he's trying to run a business. I told him this was out of our control and we were still giving him our business, we just needed to reschedule one appointment. The owner, Allen, told me over the phone that he doesn't charge up front; that if I am not fully satisfied then I simply walk away. I expected a similar set-up to what you see in a dental office. When I walked in, I saw three reclining BEACH CHAIRS. I sat on one of the beach chairs, then Allen instructed me to place the cheek separator into my mouth myself. He then took the bleaching agent and instructed me to smear it on my teeth myself. It was one of those teeth whitening pens where you twist the bottom and the gel comes out out of a brush from the opposite end. There was absolutely no gum protection other than some "essential oil" on a cotton swab that I was given to apply to a few spots where my gums are receding; again, I was simply handed the cotton swab and instructed to do it myself. I sat there for ten minutes with the gel on my teeth while Allen was taking a phone call outside the room. I felt very uncomfortable about the whole thing and I also felt tooth sensitivity particularly where my gums were receding. I decided to terminate the treatment when Allen came back into the room. I told him that this was not what I was expecting and that I wasn't happy. I really did not expect to be sitting in a beach chair while doing everything myself...I thought that I would be in a dentist office-like environment and that any mouth piece and whitening gel would be applied on me by a professional. I felt like I was getting scammed. Although, Allen first comes off as a nice and sincere guy, he was not exactly professional with some of the things he said. I expressed to Allen that I was willing to pay him for the third of the treatment cost as the first of the three 20-minute sessions was already started. Allen became upset and said that "he doesnt accept partial payments". I felt that his body language and his communication became hostile at that point and so I asked him to open the door to the room (which he previously asked me if it was ok for him to close). It was close to 7 pm and I was in the room alone with him. I repeated to Allen that I would only be willing to pay third of the cost and that I felt that he purchased the whitening pens from the dollar store. He replied "I don't care what you think" and again demanded full payment. I guess the promise of "you don't pay unless you are fully satisfied" was completely forgotten. He threatened me with calling police if I didn't pay him full price. I told him that if he didn't want to accept a third of the price as an act of good will then I would not be paying anything at all. I walked out. He followed me down the stairs and all the way outside to my car. He was on the phone probably pretending to be talking to the police and he verbally noted my car license plate number to whoever he was on the phone with. The whitening pens had "Da Vinci" written on it. I googled it when I got home; it appears that the whitening agent wasn't bought from the dollar store. However, the lack of professionalism and then tact at the end made this an awful experience. I got scared for my safety there for a minute. Maybe the whitening gel works but paying $72 to drive to Pompano Beach to sit on a beach chair and do all the work yourself...is this a joke? I still can't believe this whole experience; how hostile he became and how uncomfortable and distraught I felt. This is my honest experience. I cannot fathom how he got the positive reviews that are on here. I would have left zero stars for this review if that was an option. Lastly, Allen swore up and down that there would not be discomfort. Don't believe that for a second because I only had the gel on for 10 minutes and I am sitting here a few hours later and I feel pulsating tooth sensitivity. I would be in serious pain had I went through the full 60 minutes. I don't blame him for tooth sensitivity as I expected it; I just don't think its good practice to be swearing up and down that there won't be any discomfort at all. read more
