I pleaded with them to try and squeeze me in, sin I was already at Boynton Beach Blvd and Hagen Ranch. NO, they couldn't do that. They claimed that they had no one else. So I'm late or a no show, they charge me, but I wasted my time, gas and energy with absolutely no consideration in their part. Well, not they can accommodate someone else that would probably be cancelled today as well because I cancelled my husband's appointment as well. They rescheduled me, but I'm looking for another practice.

He said he wish he had the time to do it himself...So off I went to another office and got my root cannel and a free sinus communication which took 4 weeks to heal. Like an idiot I then go Back to Cerullo the no time dentist to talk about the rest of my care. Met with major attitude. For the record the tooth he did put a crown on hurts to this day . I now found a real dentist that does everything you need in his office and today he took his time and fixed all my teeth and even fit a crown with no issue and 700 dollars cheaper then MR I HAVE NO TIME run to several offices for your care!!! The new dentist also got me in within two days!! WOW a real dentist!! If you are thinking of using this guy In my opinion you should KEEP LOOKING there are way better out there!!!

I have extreme dental anxiety, and when I found out I needed all four wisdom teeth removed, I was terrified. Over three years, I went to more than five consultations and never felt comfortable enough to actually go through with it. I didn't trust the doctors, facilities, anesthesia options, or overall experience enough to pull the trigger. Then I found Dr. Baez. I immediately felt like I was in the right hands. He is incredibly skilled, intelligent, fair, and has the BEST bedside manner. He also does so much in-house, which made the entire experience feel seamless. For the first time in my life, I wasn't overwhelmed with anxiety at the dentist. I chose IV sedation for my four wisdom teeth extractions, and something I had spent THREE YEARS believing would be one of the worst experiences of my adult life ended up being unbelievably easy. Everyone warned me how horrible recovery would be... mine was short and surprisingly pleasant. I actually started joking that Dr. Baez must secretly be a wizard because HOW was this so easy?! Dr Goetz was very good, professional, attentive and careful to access the situation. I thought I needed a crown but the Dr felt the tooth was in tact and a filling would be fine. Well I was delighted it didn't need the crown. He also checked prior to see that the nerve was not involved and thankfully it wasn't. If you schedule someoen for a time and you are running late perhaps tell them rather than make them just sit there. I will have to go find another dentist which won't be an issue but dont' ask people to come in earlier and after they make it clear they need to be done at a certain time which you understood you don't let them sit around. they followed up to my other review and claimed someone had an emergency, but that was not the case because I was there to see the hygienist not the dentist and that's in two separate rooms. There were two people when I came in and checked in no one told me about anything so it doesn't add up unfortunately, my opinion it's become very money orientated dentistry where Money comes before patients, which is what most of the corporate dentistry places like Aspen are about. it's sad because I thought I had found a good old-fashioned dentist who cared about patients. The issue however is finding someone who combines that technical proficiency with a warm personality (making you feel like you are part of her family,) and whose practice has superior hygienists like Lana, and an office manager like Lindsey who is personable, accessible, and consistently looks to meet your needs. Two years ago, I moved from Boca Raton to Naples. During that time, I went to two different Periodontists and was reminded of just how much I was missing. Now, both my wife and I have decided that the over two-hour drive was well worth our efforts and have returned to rejoin Dr. Crossen's practice and are so happy that we did.
