Great from the front desk all the way to the dentists! Everything clean, new but more importantly good dentists who truly care not only about your teeth but your health as well. Cost was fair for cash (dental is still expensive) but my husband was given options to help him, it wasn't just about the $. Been going to Legacy Dental for a few years now. They're conveniently located on Jog and Woolbright. The office has a professional feel to it. I never wait at all when I arrive for appointments. Each exam room has a television for your convenience. Dr. Davoodi is a very knowledgeable dentist. Everything is explained to me simply and it feels like she has my best interests as her first priority. Gina, the hygienist, is extremely friendly and welcoming. I feel a sense of ease when I sit in her chair. She's fast and diligent with her cleanings....and they're never painful, lol. Dr. Davoodi and her team are friendly and approachable. They take the time to explain what they do and are upfront with the costs which are reasonable even for out of pocket. The dental hygienist is an artist. She detailed every nook and cranny of my teeth and left them feeling smooth and polished. I just want to follow up from my negative review. I did receive a call from one of the dentist and he was very empathetic and understanding. Clearly there was a miscommunication but it was resolved and I was able to keep the appointment. I have to say the staff at the front desk are very professional and polite. The waiting area is spotless clean and I even saw Carlos step away from the front desk and sanitize the waiting area chairs and the door handle inside and outside. My husband was very happy with the personnel inside (I waited outside) and very happy with the cleanliness and beyond happy with his results. They took good care making sure he felt no discomfort. Overall, I highly recommend Legacy Dental. So sorry if I casted any doubt to anyone looking at my initial review. read more

Having relocated to Florida I was initially challenged finding a new dental office where I would feel welcome, confident and my dental needs would be well taken care of. Wow, did I luck out! After moving from NJ to FL one of my concerns was finding a dentist who would take care of me and my husband. Lucky for us we were referred to Legacy Dental and "presto", all our concerns melted away. Aaron always greets us with a smile and makes us feel both welcomed and relaxed. I've been searching on yelp for an affordable dentist and I was pretty lucky to came across Legacy Dental. I called to make an appointment to come In on the day of bc ny teeth were killing me and I had a swollen face. Came in at 12pm, filled out applications and they took me right in. Dr sani and his staff were really helpful and friendly. I was scared of the pain when they had to remove the extractions but Dr. SANI was so gentle and patience with me to make sure I wasnt feeling uncomfortable nor scared. And not to mention prices are affordable ( for a cash patient like me) comparing to most dental offices around S.Fl. Thank you to the legacy and their staff. I will definitely be back!! read more

I went to this practice because I had pain and knew that I had a problem with a tooth. I also needed a cleaning. I went in for the new patient x-ray and exam. I have never had to have at least 12+ x-rays taken along with a full head/mouth shot at one time. As soon as the dentist came in and looked in my mouth she told me how my gums were in such bad shape and before I knew it called in her partner / periodontist (husband) who did a full mouth check-up. He basically told me that I needed surgery on all of my gums and it should be done ASAP. If I refused this option which he knew I would, he said that I should have intense cleanings several times a year. I was extremely uncomfortable with someone who I knew for 5 minutes wanting to cut my mouth open ASAP. During this entire appointment, we never discussed what was needed for the tooth that was causing me pain which was my main priority along with the cleaning. I was told that I was being given a written treatment plan for both surgery if I chose to have it and one for the cleanings. It was not a treatment plan but an estimate for the services. Very quick to give this to me. Would never go back to this place. should get no stars but have to give at least one to write a review. read more

as a new patient I told them I had 2 cavities I had my dental xray sent over to them prior to my appt I flat out told them when I scheduled the appt that I had severe pain due to my cavities and needed them filled and did not have dental insurance but only a discount plan I told them this appt was for Dentist Davoodi to fill my cavities and they said sure absolutely. when I got there they told me since my X-rays will be a year old in 2 weeks they needed to redo them I told them I had 2 weeks before it was a year) they demanded it be redone. At the time I had no knowledge that Davoodi was not going to do any dental work that this was just a routine dental visit to look at my teeth yet the staff knew this but never disclosed it to me. So they had me redo the x-rays because they wanted to get paid. They tried to charge me more money that what was posted on there door for new patients pricing for X-ray etc. I pointed it out to them and they changed it but said "we are making this one time exception" they knew that the dentist was not going to do any dental work so they wanted to get paid this is why they charged me the (xray) This is why I am going back to my dentist in Tampa despite the 3 hour 1/2 drive because Dentist Jacob Skinner is upfront honest and has integrity. Why can't dentist places in south florida be upfront and honest I was in severe pain came in to get a cavity filled and they knew I was not going to get any dental work done but never disclosed this to me Shady tactics and there prices are completely absurd 2k+ for 2 cavities? I have a better chance of winning the powerball than finding a honest dentist in South Florida what is up with the 6 phone calls for verification 3 were texts 3 were phone calls excessive) then they told me before hand they took my dental discount plan then when I got there they told me they didn't. Also I waited 1 hour for my appointment as I heard the staff shooting the chit talking about there personal lives and this and that) Dr. Skinner doesn't play games if a patient or new patient complained he/she was in pain he would fill that cavity when an appt is made etc. read more
