That level of communication makes the entire process much more comfortable and reassuring. He has a calm manner and is clearly very skilled and experienced. The office environment is calm and thoughtfully set up, with relaxing videos playing while you're in the chair. The entire operation is meticulously clean and very well run. I cannot imagine what Sage Dental were going to do at that second appointment, or how much trauma my teeth would have received for NO reason. But I'll never, ever go back there.
